The silver fae slowly made her way out of the cave that she and her new mate had made their home for the past couple weeks and she had a soft smile on her muzzle. She shook the dirt and other debris from her fur as she felt the warm rays from the sun on her back. Her stomach was abit swollen which was a clear sign that something had taken place in that cave and there were soon to be pitter patter of little paws around them. A fact that brought a subject back to her mind and she knew it was one that Raphin didn't really like but now that she was carrying her first litter of pups she did not want to take any chances of being attacked by anyone even if Raphin was there to protect her. she desired a pack even now more then she had before.
It was not like she was jumping in blindly to this either. She did do her research while Raphin was doing the hunting she had gone off and gathered information on the packs that were around and as far as she could tell there was four instead of three. The Xyla which seemed to be the peaceful pack then there was the Skyla which seemed to be the Demented or war hungry pack, She hadn't really bothered to ask about the other two packs after all the Xyla seemed like the perfect pack for her to raise her pups. All that remained now was the task of convincing their father and her mate to come with them to the pack. She did not want him to be a loner just because of some bad experiences. Speaking of that lazy brute it was time for him to wake up or so she had decided it was.
As she slowly turned her frame toward the cave entrance where she knew he slumbered deep inside of the cave. She could feel the unborn litter shift around as as she did and it made her proud but at the same time they did add more weight for her paws to deal with. She slowly lifted her snout and pointed it at the roof of the cave then let out an echoing howl loud enough to wake up the love of her life and the father of her pups.

Lightning thrashed across the sky, each fork echoing through the forests with an almighty boom. Rain hammered the ground with force, a sign that dark and evil times were upon them. Raphin stopped walking, ears twitching with antisipation as his eyes fell upon the wolf stood infront of him. It was a figure who had haunted his very existence since the minute he was born, the individual who had impacted on every second of his life. The reason he had never known his siblings, and the reason his mother was gone. His father.
'My my, how you have grown.' The large male said, his sarcastic smile being the only thing that singles the sentence away from being plain casual, as he padded closer to Raphin. A low sound rumbled from deep within Raphins throat, telling his father just how uncomfortable he was with his presence as he backed slowly away, crouching down in a mixture of submission and defense. He'd thought of what he'd do if he ever came face to face with his father before. He thought he'd be strong, fearless. He'd make this wolf pay for what he'd put Raphins mother through. But right now? Raphin wanted nothing more than to be able to run. Run away from his fears.
'You look like your mother, dont you? Misko was such a pretty wolf, but such a let down.' The dark souled wolf said, a poisonous tone tinting his words. Raphin snarled, pulling his lips back over his gums to reveal large, sharp canines. A threat. How dare this vile individual speak his mothers name?! He had lost the right to do that the very day he met her! Viscious anger swelled deep withing him, bubbling to the point that he struggled to keep it under control. Screw his wishes to run. He wanted to rip this wolfs body apart. Wanted to make him suffer, just as his siblings had suffered.
His father laughed, watching Raphins struggle to keep control. 'We have a lot in common, you and me.' He stated maliciously, again causing anger to bubble within Raphin, itching to explode. 'You are a rapist, and a murderer. We are nothing alike.' Raphin snapped, rising from his crouched position as though he was going to attack the Brute, but then quickly reigning in control of his actions once more, before he made a decision that would surely get him killed. His father laughed once more, 'you'd be surprised what pure anger can drive you to, my son,' before lunging with a confidence shattering snarl.
Raphin awoke with a start. The mixture of a closeby howl, and the shock of an attack snapping him back into consciousness. The Brute panted heavily, panick and confusing fogging his brain as he tried to grasp onto anything that would tell him where he currently was. A den. One that looked as though it would have been lush and green in the warmer months. Scents. The howl. Crystal. Yes, Crystal. His mate. His pregnant mate. He was going to be a father. Crystal. Raphin held onto thoughts of her as he dragged himself out of the mist of confusion, his mind clearing slowly. Crystal. She had called for him. Was something wrong? He should go to her. Now. The brute stood, still panting from the panick that had set itself into his dream, and padded out to his fae. Crystal? What is it?

Crystal? What is it?
By the time the love of her life had made his way out of the cave she was sitting down facing away from it as she stared up at the sun with a soft smile on her face, Her belly was starting to show the signs of pregnancy as she heard his voice she slowly turned to face the father of her pups, but the subject that was on her mind was not one that he was going to enjoy, She slowly got up and made her way over to him gently rubbing on his side as she stood next time him as she nipped at his left ear softly. After all they had made a deal sometime ago that if she were to bear his pups then he would join any pack she deemed fit and that time was now, She slowly stepped out in front of him staring into his beautiful eyes as she spoke softly, "It is time my love, We need a pack"
"I know you don't like them, but you promised me..." Her voice trailed off as she slowly padded back to where she was sitting before as she lowered her frame to the terra sitting once more awaiting his response to what she had said but deep down she knew he wasn't going to like it at all but a promise was a promise and she was going to make him keep the promise he had made her otherwise there would be hell to pay after the pups were born. As she stared up at the morning sky she had a strange feeling that it was going to be a very cold day indeed in fact just as she had the thought a cold breeze blew though the air.
