Loners day out, Part 2{open}

[suko]

Suko watched as another wolf came into sight. This one held herself as an alpha so she kept a wary eye on her. She saw the brute finally get up and move closer but not say anything so his temperament was still a mystery to her but she managed to take her gaze off of him as the grey female (Crystal if she herd the other treeline joiner speak to her) proclaimed that they where not interested in joining a pack. Oh well, she still wanted company so the morning wasn't a total loss and maybe they will change their minds at a later date and go look for her. No problem, companionship was all she was looking for at the moment anyway. Then got a shock of surprise as the fae by Crystals side welcomed them by their pack name! Then Suko noticed that she had a porcupine next to her. They normally live in the woodland and don't like wolves so she guessed that this was an "opakti". Suko herself didn't have one, nor did her family, but she heard stories from her father about animals that pair with wolves and can only speak with that certain wolf.

Suko flopped down on her side, relaxing her body into the sand that was still cool but starting to turn warm as the paired wolf asked that she had come all this way alone with all the rouges out. That made Suko laugh out loud and exclaim, "I may be a female but I've seen my share of fights and can hold my own against a male. How do you think i survived till now? Acting sweet and backing down? No way! i fight when things get rough and make myself scarce when things are out of my league. That's the way to live if you ask me!" she finished, still chortling to herself that these loners would think an alphess would be weak.

[~*Satarah*~]

satarah felt a growl enter her throat by what the fae said

"I may be a female but I've seen my share of fights and can hold my own against a male. How do you think i survived till now? Acting sweet and backing down? No way! i fight when things get rough and make myself scarce when things are out of my league. That's the way to live if you ask me!"

it wasnt a threatning growl just an irritated one just how the fae answered told satarah she would not be joining that pack atleast not for awhile. rising to her feet she hobbled forward a step her tail was raised but not completely because she was tired. she scolded softly now i understand females can take on brutes, and i wasnt calling you or the other alphess weak i was just wondering why you would risk putting yourselves at risk when you have others to care for and lead. every wolf survives the same none are different all have to fight some less then others because getting injured sould be a last resort Especially when you have others to protect! her rose thorns flattened and she sighed deeply then said softly im sorry
she clentched her teeth and squented as she took a step to head towards the water. as she did so a drop of blood colored and moistened the sand. she must of ripped open her wound a bit when she got excited. a scent came to her maw as she went into the air flow and she looked back as she laid in the surf. one of them met up with cinder not to long ago for there sake she hoped they didnt meet on skyla territory or the next time they met up with them it could be bad. she began to wonder how the she pup and her brother were doing she rescued the day before. she hoped she could see them again but not as an enemy maybe there mother and father would let them come out for maybe aweek and see what it like to be a loner. its not that easy and realizing how tough it is may help them listen more.

the porcupine sighed deeply and stayed where she was wondering why satarah was so sensitive about the alpha thing.

[Lobolita]

unlike her fellow alphess, lobolita did not take the rejection well, in fact it down right angered the famora, as she started to growl at the retreating fae known as crystal. "Your not interested?...Then your a fool! it is only a matter of time before zentha finds your little gang and you think one brute will be able to stop him?! if so then the joke is on you!"She knew that yelling with three other unpredictable wolves around her but she didn't have a choice she knew how stubborn crystal could be and she did not have time to deal with it, but just then as her temper was about to explode a sweet tone whiffed into her ears, it was then and only then did she realize that the other fae had spoken up as well.

"welcome mistresses of Liazo, and Exousia .. so you both came all this way alone? with all the rogues this time of year?"

"Trust me deary Rogues are the least of any-ones concerns right now,"she then turned her attention to the brute but it was strange because he did not say anything, he just watched them and that kind of made the alphess kinda uneasy but she didn't say anything to him, she then realized the small spined creature sitting beside the one remaining fae that stood before them. the alphess simply smiled, "Ah i see you found your guardian or perhaps it found you?"

She listened to them talk among each other, not really wanting to get involved any further then she already had, though she knew that crystal would not take her outburst lightly. but what really concerned her was that the brute had not yet replied or even moved since making his way over, this could be a good or bad sign depending on how this meeting goes.

[Raphin]

So they were pack members. Alphas none the less. Well that was just bloody brilliant. Raph huffed quietly, his brows furrowing together as he observed the small gathering. He had spent practically all of his life longing for some company, and now he had it, female company as well! This was ruined by the fact, however, that half the population of this god-damned group were pack members, and not just any pack members, but freaking leaders! Ergh, put a totaly downer on his already dull day.

'this must be tough for you, all these pretty ladies surrounding you at the beach none the least.'

Pah! Raphin snorted, regarding both Alphess' with a look that wasn't far from discust. He padded a few steps closer, just to put across the fact that if either if these 'high ranking' wolves decided they wanted to cause trouble, he would ot hesitate to step in and come to the aid of his two friends, and then stopped, standing deadly still as he observed what was going on. He listened to what Satarah was saying, able to gather that they were from two different packs; Liazo, one he had heard of before, as they were the highest rivals to the Skyla, and the Exousia, the very pack Crystal had been raving on about. To be honest, he wasn't seeing the glory in this Alphess that she seemed to see.

'I may be a female but I've seen my share of fights and can hold my own against a male. How do you think i survived till now? Acting sweet and backing down? No way! i fight when things get rough and make myself scarce when things are out of my league. That's the way to live if you ask me!'

The Brute had to withold a chuckle at her words. It sounded to him as though this femme was trying to prove herself; something she really didn't need to do if she'd managed to gain the highest rank possible - Alpha. Satarah didn't seem to take these words lightly either, as he could hear the growl that was growing from her throat even from where he was sat a short distance away. 'now i understand females can take on brutes, and i wasnt calling you or the other alphess weak i was just wondering why you would risk putting yourselves at risk when you have others to care for and lead. every wolf survives the same none are different all have to fight some less then others because getting injured sould be a last resort Especially when you have others to protect! I'm sorry.'
Even Raphin was slightly shocked by her sudden outburst, but was quickly distracted by the other wolf, the Exousia Alphess speaking.

Now he felt his own grown building up deep within him, and his lips pulled back to reveal his teeth. She may be an Alphess, but to them she held no right to speak like that! Not when outside of her bounderies; here she was as equal as the rest of them, her status meant nothing. "Everybody knows Zentha's intentions around here, and its got nothing to do with us. He'd have no reason to hunt 'our little group' , as you put it, and challenge us, we belong to no pack. If anything, its you two that should be worried, not us." He snarled, realising only to late that he may well have stepped out of line.

satarah laid where she was taking in the new conversation between the alphess of exousia, crystal and herself.

"Ah i see you found your guardian or perhaps it found you?"

satarah just resently learned of Zentha through the talk of birds. it was rather funny he should be brought up. he was a problem one of his canibalistic followers did this to her. if it werent for her though a skyla pup would be dead. so maybe they would offer some help if it were needed. yes i suppose she found me. she said reguarding the comment about rose.

it wasnt long before Raphin finally got a word in

satarah felt her heart skip a beat. not because of mating season and the fake she was possible a little infatuated, but because he did have a reason to hunt them. that is depending on how attached he is to his followers. she may have gotten beat up pretty bad, but the demon credo deffinately must be a little slow on duty with his injuries as she is. speaking up to raphin she softly spoke raph he does have a reason... i wounded one of his followers, and possibly stopped him from destroying the future of the skyla.... thats why i was up all night i was scared the canibal would follow me, and hurt you guys

she looked over to the alphess and said softly even if i would join one of your packs i would only be a hinderence right now, and i like being able to go and do what i please because then i can be friends with who ever wants to be friends. for example would you allow me to speak with the xyla and skyla? not that either would want to talk to her but she intended on visiting the xyla once before she joined a pack. just so she could meet the alphess shade seemed to fancy. she was begining to like the sound of the xyla simply because it could mean still being part of the skyla and thats because there alphas are siblings.

maybe her trio could create a new pack. they had the makings. if either her or crystal got pregnant thats pretty much what they would be. they could be a pack of loners. basically creating a group like what zentha has but just for wolves who didnt know what they want or didnt have a place to go. she would maybe bring this up later. only if her thoughts provoked her enough.

[Crystal]

The fae slowly rose up to her pads, out-raged by the so-called alphess a fact that shown in her orbs, as she padded back toward the group. this time the famora was ready for a fight no one and she means no one speaks to her like that, it did not matter if they thought that they were higher ranked or not. ranks only apply if the wolves are in the same pack, but they were not and as far as crystal was concerned they did not need a pack, a quick glance around at her group would seal that fact, crystal hadn't of noticed it before but they have become like a pack of their own, and after all raphin was still uncomfortable with the well-known packs anyway. as if on cue she heard the brute speak up in defense of his lil gang.

what she did not expect however was satarah's sudden confession, but even if she had done what she claimed to have done, crystal could not bring herself to be mad at her seeing how any senseable wolf would of done the same thing, heck who wouldn't risk their life for a defenseless pup!?. "Thats alright satarah you don't need to explain yourself, after all what is a gang for if we don't defend each other?"

She turned her attention back to the so-called alphess that stood before them and then over at the alphess suko then back again, a small growl building up in her throat now, it was clear that if someone did not step in soon there was going to be a fight, especially if this so called leader questioned her gang again, that would just be like throwing a match into a powder keg, crystal would not stand innocently by anymore as lobolita disrespected her friends.

[Raphin]

'raph he does have a reason... i wounded one of his followers, and possibly stopped him from destroying the future of the skyla.... thats why i was up all night i was scared the canibal would follow me, and hurt you guys.'

This certainly did come as a shock to the confused Brute; making him feel incredibly stupid for saying what he had just said to the Exousia Alphess. He hadn't known that Satarah had fought against one of Zentha's followers! Jheez, that certainly changed things, especially if she had indeed, as she said, stopped him from destroying the Skyla. Still, he was confused. She had mentioned that the Skyla Alpha had been there, and the warrior too, but he could not remember the names. But that was all he understood. Everything else was blank, to him. A canibal, too! Goodness, what was the world coming too?! Wolves didn't eat other wolves, it was just wrong! This could probably turn out for the worse.

Raphin stood stiffly, breathing in that intoxicating scent once more, before listening to what Satarah was saying again. He focused all of his attention on the Exousia alphess, whom in his opinion was more of a threat to them then the Liazo Alphess, who was showing now signs of intending to cause trouble right now. His eyes narrowed, and he glared intently at her, awaiting the reply to his companions question. The male wanted nothing more than to remove himself from this situation, remove himself from the presence of the two Alphas. But he had promised to escort both Crystal and Satarah safely to the packs, and so that would be what he was to do. He heard Crystal growl slightly, clearly just as unhappy over this as he was feeling. 'Thats alright satarah you don't need to explain yourself, after all what is a gang for if we don't defend each other?'

[Lobolita]

The alphess chuckled softly as she looked over at the brute and the other fae, she lifted an eye brow after hearing them growl and then shook her head, she shifted on her pads as she watched them a grin forming on her maw as she then turned her attention back to the famora known as satarah, "Normally i would allow you to seeing how we don't have any real enemies with in them but once again they are two of the main targets for zentha"
She said before walking around the small group in a circle then returned to her place, never taking her eyes off of the brute.

"Now i have answered your question now perhaps you will return the favor?",Lobolita took a step back as she glanced back toward her territory then back at the group as she then looked over at suko, whom had surprisingly been quiet this entire time and went to say something to her but then realized she had taken her eyes off of the brute, the only one she saw as a threat she saw crystal fight before and she could take her and for some reason it seemed that she was the leader of her small group.

"Are you going to join me or am i just wasting my time here?" she knew that sounded abit full of herself but she did not like to be expoosed like this, especially when there were wolves like zentha out there, just killing wolves because he can!, she stared at crystal for abit before turning her attention to the brute and then to the other fae then back to crystal, "Well?"

[~*Satarah*~]

"Thats alright satarah you don't need to explain yourself, after all what is a gang for if we don't defend each other?"

crystals reassurence was comforting, but it didnt destroy the guilt she felt. lifting herself on her haunches once more she went to rejoin the conversation. though she didnt really leave it. her midnight pools examined both alphesses. her rose thorns picked up lobolita's tones once more.

"Normally i would allow you to seeing how we don't have any real enemies with in them but once again they are two of the main targets for zentha"

"Now i have answered your question now perhaps you will return the favor?"

satarahs sonar dishes perked at this proposition she was wondering what this would be.

"Are you going to join me or am i just wasting my time here?"
"Well?"

her gaze went to raphin then crystal then soon back to the alphesses. her soft tone erupted from her maw once more. well i wouldnt say your wasting your time.. just presenting yourself here im sure makes each of us interested to a different level. she focused intently on the fae from the exousia in her opinion she showed more maturity because she had not yet bragged, but if the liazo alphess was trying to simply prove how strong she was so they would safe if they joined her she was just sharing how proud she was. which wasnt nessarily bad.

once again she spoke as of now i dont think we will be joining but let it be known im atleast considering and if our conversations earlier still hold a place in the back of our minds crystal was considering aswell but for now i believe we will stick together as a loner group, but if it is alright with both of you... we could still act as extras if you really need it. satarah hoped she knew what she meant but if she didnt she would explain.

Suko watched the drama unfold quietly, her eyes jumping from wolf to wolf as they spoke to each other. As the tensions mounted, Suko thought about slipping away quietly before it broke out into a fight. She tucked away the thought when it seemed to come down a little, but kept it on her mind if things stayed heated. She wanted to relax away from her pack of two (including her) and forget her responsibility's. So it toughed a nerve when the white fae brought up that she should take more care of protecting herself and caring for her pack. Suko sighed inwardly. so far the peace and relaxation she had been looking for wasn't to be found here. It was mostly the other alphess's fault but Suko wasn't one to ask her to leave since they were on neutral ground. Her ears swiveled as the white fae commented 'earlier still hold a place in the back of our minds crystal was considering as well but for now i believe we will stick together as a loner group, but if it is alright with both of you... we could still act as extras if you really need it'. Well, that was sweet, but Suko didn't know whether or not to accept her offer or reject. Thinking it over she would accept, but only in the most dire of needs.
"Thank you for your offer. I will keep it in mind and you and your band of three are welcome on Liazo lands as long as you follow the laws and don't make trouble." Suko then, yawning, put her head down to recharge her energy but kept her eyes open for any danger the other wolves might poses.

"I agree with most of that but satarah we have our own problems we can't get involved in theirs as well." she said as she yawned softly before shifting her attention over to the brute then back to the alphesses, she knew that she should of respect them but that was not going to happen, after all she had been a loner for to long now and although she may rejoin a pack at a later date as of this time she still had no respect for pack wolves and besides she was sure that Raphin would feel the same way she did after all he didn't want anything to do with the packs anyway and right now she couldn't hardly blame him, he probably had some issues from the past and each wolf deals with their issues in a different way.

she then turned her attention to the alphess known as Lobolita, "but.. unlike my nice friend here i do think your wasting your time"she turned and walked past the brute of the group known as raphin and sighed abit but did not slow her pace which could only mean that her injured paw was once again healed atleast enough to travel or perhaps the fae was just ignoring the pain to get away from their uninvited guests, either way it was clear that she was over-annoyed by the questions.

[Raphin]

It had quickly become fairly clear to Raphin that the tension being passed to and from each wolf was beginning to build, and he silently wondered how long it would take for the slight irritation to evolve into snaps and snarls. He stood with quiet observation, noticing that most of the rising tension was sourced from the Exousia Alphess and Crystal, more than anybody else. Raph wondered if their was some sort of history between the two of them that he was unaware of. Shifting his stance slightly so that he stood in a more comfortable way, the male patiently awaited the Alphess' answer to Satarahs question.

'Normally i would allow you to seeing how we don't have any real enemies with in them but once again they are two of the main targets for zentha. Now i have answered your question now perhaps you will return the favor? Are you going to join me or am i just wasting my time here? Well?'

With a slight smirk, Raphin looked to his other two companions. He felt he needn't give his own response, as he had made his opinion on joining 'packs' quite clear. He was, however, curious to know whether the other two femmes would take to her offer. Satarah had definitely taken more of an interest in the idea than either he or Crystal had, which surprised him a great deal. Although she turned the offer of joining the pack down, she did make an offer of her own, claiming that, if ever the packs were in any sort of trouble, they would be more than welcome to request help. The Brute raised an eyebrow, but made no comment over the situation, keen to just get this damned conversation out of the way and get the hell out of there.

'Thank you for your offer. I will keep it in mind and you and your band of three are welcome on Liazo lands as long as you follow the laws and don't make trouble.'

Suko was the first to respond, neither accepting nor rejecting Satarah's offer, but proclaiming that Raphin and his company were welcome on 'Liazo lands.' He probably would not act on this, and would follow in his tradition of keeping as well away from the pack lands as possible, but the same couldn't be said about Crystal and Satarah. He knew that they both craved for pack life, something that had never appealed to him, and it was probably only a matter of time before one of them caved. Shifting his position once again, Raphs attention focused back on Crystal as she spoke.

'I agree with most of that but satarah we have our own problems we can't get involved in theirs as well. but.. unlike my nice friend here i do think your wasting your time.'

The way she spoke was quite dominant, as though taking charge of the situation, even if her voice was full of irritation aimed for the Exousia Alpha. Crystal padded away from the group, and right now, Raph wanted nothing more than to join her in her wanders away from the pack wolves, wishing to remove himself from the area before the situation grew into something more dangerous. Besides, what with this Zentha character roaming around, it would most probably be a bad idea to stay in once place for too long. With a quick glance in Satarah's direction, trying to communicate with her silently that he wished to go, the male bowed his front down in a polite 'goodbye' gesture to the two Alphesses, before speaking one last time. "Well, it was just lovely meeting the pair of you, but for now, I bid my goodbye." He said, a hint of sarcasm laced into his tone. Leaving those words hanging in the air, Raphin retreated from the area.

ooc: Raph exits! Crystal and Satarah can follow too if they want, I don't really mind :3

[Lobolita]

"As nice as that sounds i must reject that offer, i need members not rogues" the alphess said with an annoyed tone to her voice as she then turned and padded back toward her territory ignoring the other two wolves as they spoke, but no one could really blame her after all she was just looking after her pack, and she hardly knew anyone there so eh plus no one really knew why the alphess or alpha of the Exousia pack, they had always actted in strange ways that the other packs did not understand and quickly dismissed as either rudness or disrespect, the alphess didn't really care she loved her island and the peace and quiet that remained there, she soon disappeared from sight same as the brute had done.

p.s: i'm making it where she did have a mate, but something horrible happened to him only no one knows but the lone alphess.

[~*Satarah*~]

<sup>a gasp escaped the silver faes maw. her thorns lower slightly irritated with everyones stubborness. crystal and the exousia alphess were the two main botton pushers. crystals remark about the alphess wasting her time was indeed the big red button no one was suppose to press unless they wanted a self destruction. a unhappy glare was shot to the marble fae just as she caught raphins look of wanting to leave. alright the liazo alphess may need help but the exousia chose to go it alone. satarah main interest was being able to check out the packlands without being considered a tresspasser. also winter was coming and this meant very little food her friends must not have realized by the looks on there faces but by offering what she did she just expanded there hunting grounds, and bettered there chances of survival.

the arrival of the alphesses so quickly had not given her time to explain this for fear they may not go along with it. this also offered them some extra protection because who would venture on to packlands to attack members unless they were crazy or not alone. as raphin and the exousia alphess took leave satarah waited simply thinking crystal would join raphin. although she was injured she was going to separate from them again. perhaps she would visit with the liazo alphess a bit longer or maybe venture to pay the xyla a visit as shade suggested not too long ago. she was angry she wouldnt say or act like it though but in order not too she would leave. her soft tones leaked like liquid to the liazo alphess i apolitgize for her rudeness.... and mine earlier her midnight pools went back to crystal and she said you need to work on that... sometimes its good to be assertive but sometimes its not... her words were calm but had small amounts of harshness to them. satarah was now waiting to see if crystal would leave or say something back. she knew it was possible crystal could get offended but she hoped she wouldnt.</sup>

[Crystal]

"you need to work on that... sometimes its good to be assertive but sometimes its not..."

"I'm sorry satarah but i'm not going to allow some stuck up fae to speak to me like that just because she thinks shes an alphess everywhere" the fae looked at her friend and once she did all the anger seemed to fade off of her facial features, only to be replaced with a soft warm smile. "I'm sure you want to go exploring again just promise you won't get hurt this time" she then winked at the famora as she turned to walk off with raphin.

"I'ma go and see if i can calm raphin down meet us in Guzel Fields when your done"with that said the suddenly friendly she-wolf pranced off after the bigger brute her tail swaying from side to side for some reason, but then again satarah did have a odd calming affect on her but eh crystal didn't really pay it any mind, in fact she kind of enjoyed that about her friend, she needed someone who could calm her down if she did not then she was sure that she would be more injured then she was, but that was a distant memory for her now.
