The moon layed amoungst the sky, accompined by a blanket of shining stars. The air was quiet and still-not a stirred in the autmns night, only the crashing waterfalls could be heard. The alphess sat silently on top of the falls, her paws dangerously close to the rocky edge of the clif. Her opakti lay beside her, head in his paws. Breaking the silence, the jackal looked to the larger canine to speak. How long has it been?" The dark femora did not reply for a few moments, her gaze locked onto her surroundings, auds perked in alert. "It's been a while," She finally noted, scanning the area with bright, sapphire pools. Her only daughter had left the territory an, according to her son Amori, was in grave danger. She had no idea what kind of trouble she was in, but her mate and warrior set off to find and retrieve her. Part of her felt no pity, and that if she was harmed, it would be her own fault. She never had pity for injuries self-inflicted. If she decided so naively to venture out and get herself hurt, then that was her own damn fault.
Yet, the same part of her, deep down, she hoped her child was alive and safe. She was unsure if her pup was either of those, as her pack mates did not arrive back home as of yet. For all she knew, Nemu was dead. Hanataro could sense her conflicting thoughts, but decided against speaking about it. For once, this new situation was bringing the two closer together-it took a whole year for them to actually be this nice to one another. Senna sighed deeply as she watched any signs of her pack returning home, but to no avail. It was quite a distance from here to the neutral lands, but she still wished her pack was safe. It had been about an hour since they left, a time when violent rogues roamed the outlands. She did not know if they were attacked by them, or if they were on the road back home. She didn't know anything. Usually, she'd ask Kaija to stay back and let her handle a tough situation. Whatever pocessed her to stay back this time was beyond her.
"You know.. it isn't your fault, Senna." The opakti spoke up once more, his amber orbs staring off into the distance. Senna merely looked at him from the corner of her eyes, her amotionless visage never fading. "I know.. but how the hell can you be so damn stupid, to venture off so young into unknown lands?" Her voice was harsh and cold, anger now settling into her heart. The jackal tilted his head and sighed, closing his eyes as he spoke again. "She is a pup, you know. She doesn't know any better. That's why you give out punishments, isn't it? To make whoever disobeyed orders pay for there actions?" Senna gave him her full attention now, turning her head to look upon her surprisingly clever jackal. For once, he was right. She preached it so often, 'whoever disobeys orders will follow the consequences.' But she did not think she would have to punish her own child for something. Not Nemu.
Senna layed onto her stomach, her head still raised to watch for her pack to return. If Nemu was dead, then she would deal with it. If she lived, then she would deal with her. She would treat her no different than she would treat a member that went against her. Although older pack members were allowed to venture out f the packlands, pups were not. Why her own daughter went against one of her own rules baffled her. She knew she was a mischevious kid, but as to bring her own sweeter brother into trouble, and possibly bringing them both into horrible danger? She never thought she would go so far. The jackal stood upon his paws, strenching out before calmly speaking to his master. "So, have you decided what you'll do with her-I mean, will you punish her, or will you give her the lecture of her life?" The alphess' gaze did not meet his, as each she was pondering over the question for the best answer. After a brief moment of deliberating, she stood upon all fours to answer the opakti. "I've decided.. we will wait for the pack to return, and take it from there."

The rush of the rapid Petra Falls could be heard up ahead as the four wolves made there way back home after there rescue mission. The air was tense around them, except for one troublesome pup. On her journey back to the skyla, Nemus mind was more at ease. She thought it over since she was back in the barren lands, thinking that it was going to be bad. The more she thought about it, the more she felt that it wasn't going to be as bad as it seems. Seriously, she was one of the prized alpha's heir! There's no way they'd be as harash as they would with other violators. So, she disregarded a rule. Big deal! It's not like they would kill her-although it wasn't against Skyla's nature, it's just that she couldn't see her parents be that harsh on her. So, with a new ego, she trotted happily back with her pack, her head held high.
Gaining more distance, she could see and smell her mother up ahead, sitting at the edge of the clif. She naively assumed she was watching out for rogues, or simply enjoying the scenary. The dark wolfess knew that the alphess would have a lot to say to her, like she would usually do when Nemu got into mischef. Again, the young heir wasn't bothered. She actually had a smile on her face about the whole situation! She figured it would be a great tale of her, facing a lunatic out for blood. Her mother had to be proud when she told her what had happened. And, that's just what she would do. Once they reached close enough, Nemu ran around her pack mates, occasionally bouncing around in excitement. She complete forgot about the glares she receieved earlier in the neutral lands. She giggled innocently, like she always did to get out of tense situations. You should'a seen it!" She bursted out, continuing to bound around playfully, unaware of how bad the situation actually was. "There was this big guy, wanting to eat me and Amori, so I growled loudly at him," At this point, she was mockfully growling, trying to act out what had happened. She continued anyways, not able to see her mothers face as she was back on to the four wolves. "And he almost jumped on me! But this other girl tackled him-right to the ground! You should of been there, mom!" She laughed softly, excited as she explained what happened.
She calmed down abit as a broad smile ormed on her maw, her nest words full of pride. "You would of been so proud of me, mom." Nemu only assumed that her mother would turn around, and possibly reward her for being so brave to stand up to that crazy brute back in the outlands. She awaited her response-anyones response, as she stood there in her pride. Pride that may be demolished soon enough.

the famora padded into the clearing behind the pup as she could tell by the way her alphess stood that she had been worried to death but cinder already knew that her concern was for her mate or her pups not her, as far as cinder was concerned she wasn't important all she was was a warrior who could just be replaced, she padded past the pup then her alphess, still clearly upset about what had taken place, from the way she walked and the way her tail swayed it was clear that she didn't want to talk to or be around any of the pack members at the moment, she meant no disrespect to kaija or senna but right now she needed to be alone. not like they'd even notice with their full attention most likely focused on nemu.
Cinder scoffed softly and plopped to the ground next to the river, facing away from the pack as she just stared at the ground, not moving an inch or speaking a word to anyone. her normally deadly orbs glazed over as she got lost in her thoughts, not really caring if anyone approached her. if it was one of the pups then eh she would act like she always does when they visit her. if it was one of the alphas.. what is she thinking.. they wouldn't care if something was bothering her or not. There was something about that rogue male that was famliar to her.. something that felt personal but she couldn't figure it out at the moment not even if her life depended on that information. she would be killed because she would not be able to give that information.

Tamens past words floated around in the Brutes mind, amusing him at a time that really did not call for laughs and smiles. He could not quite get his head around what had happened. How could his children possibly have been so stupid as to wander off into unknown land alone, and unprotected?! Yes, he understand that they were still mere pups, but at their age, they should have had more sence. Or atleast understand the dangers of what they had run into. But looking at Nemu now, the way she strutted back towards where her mother was, it was as though she had not learnt a thing. Kaija was angry with her, with both Nemu and Amori, for doing something that put their lives at such risk, but he could not help but agree with his little Opakti. The young she-wolf was in big trouble.
The Alpha male padded through his familiar lands, lifting his head slightly as the soft scent of his mate came to his attention. Heart pounding heavily in his chest as he spotted her, Kaija made his way up to where she sat, regarding the waterfalls with interest. It looked so different since the last time he had been up here. Back when the pups were still tiny balls of fluff, and the entire place had been iced over. Nemu raced over to where her mother stood, raving about how brave she had been, whilst Amori stayed where he was, looking sheepish and aware of the trouble that was most likely to kick off. Cinder padded past, lucking sort of- grumpy? This amused the male, but he did not mention anything, watching her walk before turning his attention back to his mate, smiling slightly at Tamens hatred filled thoughts now that he was in that young Jackals company, and awaiting the verdict of what was going to happen next.

The scents of her pack wafted into her nostrils, growing more stronger each passing moment. She sat back onto her haunches, not looking back at her members as of yet. As much as she wanted to turn around, and owe her greatest thanks to her mate and her brave warrior, she could not do it. She decided against it, and thought it would be better to talk to them after she spoke with her devious child. The one scent that stood out was her young troublemaker, Nemu. She had indeed lived, but she had other strange scents on her. There was no doubt in her mind that she had encountered rogues on her journey. The alpha wasn't mad or worried per-say.. she was more ashamed. Her own young did not listen to her fathers and mothers orders. Orders were mean't to be followed in the Skyla, why else would the alpha pair inforce them? They sure as hell were not mean't to be broken. Unfortuantly, the young pup did not realise this. Hanataro stood there and watched them approach, keeping a sharp eye on the dark avain that fluttered above. As much as he wanted to torment him, nemu inerrupted and began to go on a rant about what happened.
You should'a seen it! There was this big guy, wanting to eat me and Amori, so I growled loudly at him, and he almost jumped on me! But this other girl tackled him-right to the ground! You should of been there, mom!"
Senna remeained ever so silent as her daughter spoke of the incident that had accured, yet her face remained emotionless as it usually was. Hanataro's ears pinned back against his skull, shaking his head before turning to look away from the young pup. "She's digging her own grave," He spoke suddenly, though he knew the only ones that could hear him were Senna and Tamen. Her master did not speak a word, her eyes glancing over to her mate who sat beside her. He was the only wolf that could calm her down, the only one that could ease her mind. And yet, her mind never changed. She had made a decision before anyone came here about how she would go about this situation, and she was sticking to it. Her warrior moped off for some reason, looking slightly angered at something. She wasn't sure if it was because of her naive child, or something else. Either way, she would have to speak with her afterwards. As for Amori, she didn't think he would be in as much trouble as his twin. From what she assumed, Nemu dragged him off once again into danger. The silence was defening, until her wound up pup spoke softly again.
"You would of been so proud of me, mom."
Those words had struck a nerve. Her once emotionless features had hardened into a outraged state. Even her hackles began to raise at he 'proud' words. Her gaze turned away from Kaija onto Nemu, baring her teeth at her own blood. "You think I could be proud of you?" For the first time raising her pups, this was the first time she ever had to snarl so frightfully at one of them. She looked upon her whelp with pure and utter disgust, her head and banner raising to show dominence. "I'm far from proud of you-I'm downright ashamed to call you my own," She barked, the anger in her voice was clear to hear. The decision that she had made earlier, was that she would not be lectured, like her punishments always were. She didn't care how young she was, she was going to receive punishment of any wolf that disobeyed orders. She walked towards her, muscles flexing through her fur with ever eb and flow of her powerful stride. She stopped when she was merely inches from her face. Although her children, her beloved mate, and her only warrior would not believe what she was about to do, she had no other choice. She lashed out, growling feircly as she swiped her claws across her face with a powerful blow, crimson liquid spraying across the rocks. Hanataro backed away with wide eyes in disbelief. Hi master had never done something so vile-she really punished her own like they were any other wolf from the pack.
The alphess muted out the agonising yelps that her child had made, as she stood there in pain as her eyes drew to a bloody close. Senna was not finished though. She flung with parted jaws around the back of her neck, only to snap shut on her scruff, drawing some blood from it. She flung her child to the ground, her snarls thundering out from her chest. "Do you think this is what a proud mother would do, Nemu? Did you honestly think, for one minute, that innocence can get you out of every stupid thing you do?!" Her voice roared as she stood over her pup. Her mind raged about giving her another blow, but her opakti quickly stepped in between them. "Have you completely lost your mind?! You'll kill her!" His tones were shocked and terrified, his pleading eyes looking to his master. Senna would not calm down. The alphess glare with filled hatred for the cowaring pup, unsure if she needed more punishment or not. Unless another of her pack stepped in, she would not hesitate to keep the rampage going.
Notes: Not gonna' kill her-if one of you(or both) wanted to step in and tell her to stop, that's fine. Kinda power-played, but Nemu's my charrie too, so I figured that asking for permission was.. well, yeah. xD Muse: Good. Song: -- Company: Amori, Kaija, Cinder, Nemu. Time: Night.

The fae insantly rose to her feet as she heard her alphess yelling at the defenseless pup, without thinking or maybe she intended to, cinder ran over and put her body in between the attacking famora and the defenseless pup. " Senna that is enough!". the look in her eyes were dead serious as she stared at her alphess, and cinder had actually said her name and she had rose her voice to her alphess. She had only done this one other time a long time ago, back before the harsh winter. back then it had caught her alphess off-guard and kind of calmed her down but what she was about to say was only going to upset her alphess more. "If anyone is to blame for this.. its me.. i was suppose to be watching them.. and i failed"
Suddenly the fae's eyes widened and she went silent, she had finally realized who the brute had been, in fact he was the reason that none of her pups were alive today, senna and kaija had accepted them!.. then...this brute.. credo..he..he murdered them!.. and the rage that she had gone into after it happened, it took her alphas a few hours to calm her down, kaija may not of known the brute but cinder knew him all to well.. so did senna, "Credo..". the fae's eyes filled with rage as a growl rumbled in her throat.
She turned to walk back toward the barren lands, if anyone knew just how much of a beast cinder could be. it was her alphess she knew just how out of control the fae could get if provoked to much, cinder now had the same look in her eyes as she had back then, she was now hell bent on tracking credo down and killing him once and for all. there was even more of a slim chance of calming the fae down now, she turned and walked back to her alphess. " if your going to punish anyone then punish me.. i have nothing left to lose anyway". the fae's words will filled with rage now but a few seconds ago she had come to the pup's aid and her tone had been full of concern for both the pup and her alphess.

Nemu watched as Cinder padded right past her, her father looked angry, and Amori just sat there with a troubled look on his face. Had they not heard her? She faced the beast that wanted to eat her! She stood up to one of Zentha's followers-don't they think she was courageous, and downright tenacious for doing such a thing? She thought so, and she figured her mother would as well. Yet, the whole time she told her story, her mother did not turn around, not even to reply to her adventurous tale. She payed no heed to this, and had to open her mouth again to say how proud she must be for facing the demon. Nemu was dreadfully wrong. Her mother slowly turned to look at her, but her expression was not proud. She held a callous look, one that suggested that she was indeed angry.
"..You think I could be proud of you? I'm far from proud of you-I'm downright ashamed to call you my own!"
Nemu's face slowly faded out from a happy-go-lucky look, to a mix of surprise and fear. Her own mother had fangs bared at her, snarling viciously even. Why..? This scared the young femora, finally coming to the realization that the alphess was not pleased-nor was anyone else around her. Unlike the rest, her mother had turned on her. "M-Mom..?" She spoke up in a fearful voice, unaware of how terrible the situation was about to get. She had no idea she had planned this all along-she just thought a lecture was in store for her, not what was going to happen next. Her mom walked slowly towards her, the growls emitting from her grew as she drew closer towards her. She thought she was coming closer to yell at hell, hence making her stay where she was. As the two were almost face to face, since her mother was taller than her, Nemu's legs began to tremble slightly. Never in her life had she been so afraid of something. She just couldn't believe that she would be afraid of her mom. Out of no where, her mother let out a terrifying growl before standing upon her back legs, slashing her front claws across her face.
Nemu jumped back, yelping out in fear and agony. Her mother had made a long gash down over her right eye. She could feel blood oozing out of the fresh wound, and the pain-it was nothing she had ever felt before. It was utterly unbearable! She continued to cry out in intense pain, fumbling around as her eyes were closed tightly. How could she do this?! She was her child, her own blood damn it! She could not speak nor see. All she could do was back away in attempts to escape her mothers wrath. Nemu had not witnessed her mother punish a wolf from her pack, though it's been known that she has done so countless other times. But she had not expected her to do it the herself. Suddenly, sharp canines ripped into her scruff, making her cry out once more. Senna had flung her to the ground, making her fall to the rocky earth with a thump. She lost her breath for a few moments, crying as she could not do anything to prevent the alpha from causing more damage. She expected the brute from the barren lands to kill her-but was her mother having the same, vile thoughts? She wasn't certain. All that was own the young heir's mind was the excruciating pain she felt. Snarls grew louder as her mother leaned over her, yelling at her once more.
"Do you think this is what a proud mother would do, Nemu? Did you honestly think, for one minute, that innocence can get you out of every stupid thing you do?!
Her whole body began to tremble, petrified that she would end her life. "M-Mom, please! I'm sorry-I really am sorry!" She begged her, trying to stand to her feet. It seemed almost impossible though, as her mother was standing over her. Was anyone going to help her? Her brother, dad, Cinder- anyone? She curled up in a ball, terrified of how this may end. Nemu was obviously scared out of her wits as she lay on the ground in a small puddle of her own blood, hoping-praying, that this madness would stop. As if her prays had been answered, it sounded as if Cinder had come between the two, yelling at her alphess to stop. She could not look up as her gash may have damaged her right eye. She didn't think yelling would calm her mother down, but after listening to wait the warrior had to say, she hoped her mother would let her go-both of them.

'She's digging her own grave.' For once, Tamen had to agree with what the fidgeting Jackal said, as he circled around in the air attempting to find a decent spot to roost. The look on the Alphess' face was murderous, and again the Raven found himself pitying the young female, for everything that was coming to her. He did not, however, expect to see what happened next. Tamen knew that getting on the wrong side of the Skyla Alphess was bad news, and that she could cause alot of chaos when she felt like it; which was all too often. And yes, he'd often seen her lash out at a disrespectful member of her pack, but to turn on her own offspring? That was unknown. That was something the Raven had never dreamed of happening.
It did though.
The look in Sennas eye as she padded towards her daughter made even Kaija question what was going to happen next, and the tone of her voice as she spoke proved as conformation over just how angered she was by this whole situation. 'You think I could be proud of you? I'm far from proud of you-I'm downright ashamed to call you my own,' The large male raised a questioning eyebrow as his mate walked over to Nemu, her teeth bared maliciously. 'What is she going to do .. ?' The thing that happened next, however, seemed to take every creature present by surprise. The Alpha female raked her claws heavily across the younger female, leaving open wounds on her face. Amori's ears flattened against his head as he squeaked in both shock and fear, taking several steps backwards and closing his eyes, not wanting to see what was happening to his twin sister. He'd never thought he'd ever think this, but right now, his mother was the scariest sight he had ever seen, in his entire life.
That wasn't all that was coming however. The powerful femme then proceeded to grasp the small, defenceless pup by her scruff violently, and fling her across the clearing, splattering blood everywhere. The sight filled Kaija with horror, and fear for his only daughters life. Was it possible she was going to die at the hands of her own mother? 'Kaija, do something!' Tamen cried out, fearing for the life of the small Skyla wolf. The Brute didn't have too, however, for both Cinder and the Jackal came to the rescue, placing themselves inbetween Senna and the pleading, bloodied Nemu. The warrior fae demanded that she stopped, and Kaija agreed, padding forward slightly, closely followed by the hiding Amori; whom wanted more than anything to run to his sisters aid, make sure she was still alive and breathing, but was too scared to do so, and saying "Senna, she's had enough now."

There tranquil surroundings had turning into a violent arena, filling with blood-curdling cries from a bloody pup. Sennas was seen in one of her vile acts-the only difference this time, was that it was against one of her children. The jackals pleading thoughts intruded the alphas mind, begging for his master to spare her. Unfortuatly, her decision could not be phased by the smaller canine, preparing herself to batter the rule-breaker some more. That is, before her own warrior stepped up to face the violent femora. He snarling continued as the subordinate spoke to her.
" Senna that is enough! If anyone is to blame for this.. its me.. i was suppose to be watching them.. and i failed"
Her warrior too, was desperate to make the vicious alphess stop her cruel actions. She knew Cinder watched them from time to time since she was acepted into the pack, but out of all the time that she had watched over them, something like this never happened. She just couldn't come to terms that it was her warriors fault for her daughters mischevious ways. If Nemu was going to do something, then she was going to go through with it-even if Cinder was not keeping a keen eye on her. Cinder mumered a name, though she could not recall memory of it in her fit of rage. She was so angered by Nemu, that she could not focus on anything else. The subordinate continued to speak, this time in a angered voice.
" If your going to punish anyone then punish me.. i have nothing left to lose anyway".
Finally, the Skyla alphess' narrowed eyes locked onto Cinders, as if saying that it could be arranged. It wasn't wise to test the alpha's patience, especially when they were wearing thin. "I will speak with you afterwards, Cinder." Senna couldn't say much else in her hardsh, raspy voice, most of her attention was on Nemu anyways. Most of the Skyla knew how harsh the disipline in this pack is, she wasn't too sure why they were so concerned about her dealing harsh consequences now. Perhaps the fact that she was still not a year old, or that it was her own pup. Whatever the case may be, she disregarded them. She was not one to disobey the rules of the pack, and if she had to deal with her child, then so be it. It was the only way she'd learn.
"Senna, she's had enough now."
The deep, masculine voice had caught her slightly off guard, her bright sapphires peering up to the brute the vocals belonged to. It was none other that her mate, Kaija. A stern look covered his visage, not sure if he was concerned about his daughters health or angered by his mates erupting rage. It was not Cinder, the opaktis, nor Kaija who made her stop, though they did calm her down a bit. It was her son, Amori. He looked absoluty terrified, hiding behind his father in fear, and looked upon his mother like she was a monster. The only damage she had caused to Nemu was one gash down her eye, and some small cuts down the nape of her neck. The damage may not have been too concerning of her, but to her pack-not to mention Amori-feared for Nemu. Her snarls quickly evaporated, looking at each and everyone of the Skyla before glancing down at her sobbing daughter. Once again, her caml, emotionless expression washed over her face before breaking the silence. "May this be a lesson to you, Nemu.. Your growing up, and cannot be babied anymore. That was only a taste of what punishment was in this pack-should you do something so reckless again, I will not hesitate to supply the following consequences." Her vocals were stern and cold as she spoke her last words to the whelp before turning her back on her, looking to her subordinate, Cinder. "As for you.." She began, keeping the stern voice she had before. "Don't let this happen again-your should be thankful your not on the ground as well.. take her and Amori to the cave in the falls. I trust that you can tend to her." She gave her warning, but it didn't sound so harsh as it should have. Mostly because he throat was so used up from the constant snarling. She asked her warrior because she could not bear going with her children right now. Not after this.
Senna gazed back onto her mate, unsure if he was angry with what she had done-afterall, it was his child as well. She was sure he would want to say a few words with her. The padded slowly up to the large male, looking up to him as her head hung low. She spoke softly, almost being a whisper. "I'm going to Petra Beach to think.. I'd be glad if we could talk there." It was clear that she was hesitant to speak with him, not knowing if he too would go into a rage and attack her for what happened. Time would only tell.

"No!.. we are not done here!" cinder barked at the retreating alphess, her voice filled with pure rage as she stared at her, she totally blocked everyone else out so it was only her and senna, had she gone insane?.. had the mexican fae finally snapped?.. could senna have finally pushed the famora past her breaking point?. "you two lied to me.. you told me he was dead.. you told me that the murderer of my pups had been killed!.. but that was all a lie!". she braced herself for an attack either from her alphess or alpha. she knew what she had already said was enough to anger the both of them but she didn't stop. "hell.. i've gotten more respect and honesty from the pups then my so-called leaders!". the fae then turned and padded in the other direction but she still made it clear that she was ready for any and all attacks.
"if you needed someone to watch the pups..find someone else.. i need to reconsider a few things.. then i will return..maybe". she glared over at her alpha male, letting him know that she had been speaking to him as well as senna. the only ones she did not seem to be down right mad at were the pups and the strange creatures that acompanied her so-called leaders. she continued to pad in the direction of the sorrow woods. not caring for senna or kaija at the moment, her mind fogged completely over with rage and disbelief.

The frightened skyla pup cowardly stayed on the ground, shaking from the event that unfolded. She was sure her mother was not finished with her punishments, until the voices of her dad and pack mate begged her to stop. Nemu opened her left eye, the one that was not damaged, and peered around at the wolves around her. Her dad and Cinder stood up to her mom, which appeared to be calming her down a little. She also spotted her twin brother, Amori, hiding away behind there dad. He looked just as scared as she felt. Possibly even more than her. She deeply regreted what she had done, and was truely sorry for disobeying rules. She idolised her parents-having to be punished by one of them took a blow to her heart. Her mothers words were etched in her mind, being repeated over and over of how ashamed she was of her. Maybe I deserve this..
After a few moments, the snarls began to fade out, as well as her yelping. She sobbed quietly, still slightly tramitised by the attack. Though she felt slightly better without her mothers growling, she still stayed on the ground. For now, it seemed like she was done punishing her-thank god! She didn't indure too much damge.. though the gash down her eye was still pretty painful. Perhaps, deep down, her mom took some pity on her. She knew her mom done a lot worse to other wolves, so she either spared her or didn't want to kill her. Which ever it was, she was just thankful the attacks were over. Looking up through one eye still sobbing, she could see her mother looking down at her.
"May this be a lesson to you, Nemu.. Your growing up, and cannot be babied anymore. That was only a taste of what punishment was in this pack-should you do something so reckless again, I will not hesitate to supply the following consequences."
So, she was right-for once. She spared her, somewhat. The pain on her eye and back of her neck throbbed though, so if she thought that was only a taste of punishment, then she never wanted to get into any trouble again! Well.. at least for a while. Her mom turned her back on her and spoke to Cinder. She wasn't sure if she was going to get into trouble or not, but right now, she just wanted to leave. Nemu didn't want to be anywhere near her mother, not wanting anymore 'consequences' lashed out on her. She only caught the tail end of what her mom said to Cinder, and that was for her and Amori to go back to the comfort of there den behind Petra Falls. Those were the best words she heard all day! She rode to her trembling paws, sniffling in agony for her closed, bloody eye. She quickly trooted over to Cinder, almost walking past all of them just to leave the area as soon as possible. Of course, nothing could of been so easy.
"No!.. we are not done here!"
Nemu could have whimpered and yelped once more as she heard those words escape the warriors mouth. Why could she not just leave with her and Amori? Not to mention, why would she dare to deny the alpha's orders when she had just spared her?! Espcially when she was in a foul mood already. She couldn't help but hang her bloody head low, whining in fear. She knew already that this would only make her mother think twice about letting her off so easy after that-not to mention if she yelled at her dad as well. When she thought Cinder was done, she gave the alphas orders to find someone else to look after the twins before she trooted off in anger, making her whimper. How could she do that..? Didn't her mom just finish a lecture about there being consequences after disoberying orders? That was just stupid. Unsure what to do, she padded over to Amori in search of comfort, wanting to go to the den if there was no 'babysitter' or not.

Amori watched in horror as the stuff of nightmares was played out right infront of his eyes. His mother, his own actual mother, was attacking Nemu, slashing at her with her claws, claming her jaws around her scruff in what could only be explained as a painful manner and tossing her across the clearing, the sheer madness in her eyes enough to give him bad dreams for the next five years. The young male cowared behind his fathers legs, watching as his twin was savagely punished, made to cry out in actual agony, by her own mother. It was something he had never, ever in his wildest of nightmares have thought he'd see, and something he never, ever wanted to see again. Why was nobody trying to help her?! He'd come screaming into the clearing, demanding they follow, so that they would rescue Nemu from death! Not so that she would be bought back here and tortured by her own parents!
Finally, Cinder spoke, commanding in a tone he had never heard her use before, that his mother stop what she was doing. Followed by his father, saying the same thing, slightly more gentlier. The Warrior femme, the same one who had been sat earlier, watching them play and giving him a horrible wash, now looked absolutely fuming for some reason, of which Amori assumed it was because of his mothers behaviour, and not far from scary herself. The young male watched with wide, terrified eyes as various things happened at once. Nemu was left, cowaring and bloodied on the ground, whilst Cinder started yelling about something, which Amori did not understand. He was sure the two females would start a commotion over one another, knowing full well his mother would not tolerate being spoke too like that, especially by one of her own pack. However, he kept his eyes on his twin, wanting to run to her aid, but being far too terrified to actually do so.
Cinder continued to yell, mouthing off in the scariest of manners, something to do with a lie?, and then stormed out of the area, towards the direction of Sorrow Woods, leaving Amori feeling uncomfortable and unsure with hat to do with himself. Should he go with her? Right now, he did not know who it was he'd be safer with; his parents, or the Warrior femme. No, He could not leave his sister, not here, not in her condition, not with their parents so mad. As if on cue to what was in his thoughts, Nemu padded over to him, looking a sorry state. His family instincts kicked in, and he knew there and then that he would have to get her away from here; protect his usually irritating sister. He nudged his nose gently against her face, and spoke softly, his voice still slightly shaken, "Lets go."

"No!.. we are not done here!"
Before her mate could even reply to her question, the warrior rudely interrupted, giving her alphas demanding orders. Is she serious..? At such a time-not to mention, a lower rank daring to order around there leaders- she was going to try to test the thinning patience of the alphess? She gave a low, irritated rumble at her subordinates outburst. The sudden ache of providing lacerations all over the smaller mexican wolfs body grew tremendiously, causing her to face her dial in the feas direction. Her emotionless visage continued until she thought it was best to change it. All she wanted was to speak with her mate in private.. and this females deluded mind coaxed her into thinking she could go demanding her leaders? This outburst would surely not go unheeded.
"You two lied to me.. you told me he was dead.. you told me that the murderer of my pups had been killed! But that was all a lie! Hell.. i've gotten more respect and honesty from the pups then my so-called leaders! If you needed someone to watch the pups..find someone else.. i need to reconsider a few things.. then i will return..maybe."
Really. Is that how this hierarchy works-that warriors can go againsts the wish of a rank higher than you? Her large frame slowly turned around to face the fea, a evil glint in her eye suggesting that she was ready for another attack on a rule-breaker. As for her vivid story of the death of her pups, a memory sparked in her mind. Credo, the name of the vagabond manifested signs of insanity when he first showed up around her territory about a year ago. After he displayed agression towards her pack, she immediatly ordered her packs warriors to get rid of that babbling cannibal. Such situations would cause her to move ito action herself, but at th time, she was nursing her own pups, and could not leave there sides. When they came back to report there actions, they informed her that Credo was no longer breathing, and had perished from battle. How was she to know that this brute had lived-and how did she know he was, anyways? Questions brewed in her mind, but could not be answered. Cinder had left in a swift, blurred rage towards Sorrow Woods, not even so much and glancing back.
This would infuriate some alpha's. Hell, she was surprised herself that she wasn't as angry as she had the right to be. She seen her warrior now as.. more of an annoyance, and a setback. Now that she had no one to watch over her pups, she would have to watch over her twins-one melancholic, wounded female, and the other put in a tough and terrible position. Inhaling and exhaling deeply to calm herself, the alphess turned to her quiet opakti, to her surprise was looking intently at her the whole time. What is it?" He questioned, rising to his paws on cue. "I need you to do me a favour.. Watch the pups." Tones parted from her onyx lips into the vast surroundings as her sapphires looked upon her jackal. His auds flattened out across his skull as he eyed them, noting that they had grown since the last time he 'babysat' them. Perhaps they wouldn't be as rambunctious after what had happened though. "Fine.. only because of what happened though." The jackal padded over the groud silently towards the twins, who were already leaving the site. The only pack left now, was the alpha pair themselves.
She did not know what to say to her mate. Not after the events that occured. She had asked him to accompany her to the beach, but was interrupted by the angered warrior, Cinder. She was unsure wither to deal with the troublesome subordinate in the morning, and ask Kaija once more to go to the beach for the night, or for them to march to Sorrow Woods, for them to speak with Cinder. She preffered the former, but she thought she would leave it to Kaija this time. He was just as much of an alpha as she was. Looking to the brute with hesitation in her eyes, she finally spoke. "So.. What do you think we should do..? She sat back onto her haunches, her banner wrapping around her flanks tightly, attempting to shut out the brisk winds as she waited for a response.

Senna requested that he accompanied her to Petra Beach, so that the pair could talk, but Kaija was not given the chance to reply, as it seemed Cinder wasn't quite finished with her disrespectful little outburst, but what she had to say next came as a rather large shock to the Alpha male, just as it seemed to shock his mate. It definitely wasn't what he had been expecting to hear. '"No!.. we are not done here! You two lied to me.. you told me he was dead.. you told me that the murderer of my pups had been killed!.. but that was all a lie! hell.. i've gotten more respect and honesty from the pups then my so-called leaders! if you needed someone to watch the pups..find someone else.. i need to reconsider a few things.. then i will return..maybe.' Kaijas eyes narrowed in a deadly manor as he glared at the lower ranked wolf, outraged that she dare speak to her Alphas in such a way. But before he was even given a chance to demand to know what the hell she was talking about, the Warrior stormed out of the clearing in a rage, leaving the two adults alone with the twins.
'Well, wasn't that entertaining?' Tamen remarked from a spot he had chosen high above, well out of the reach of both the crazed Alphess and angered Warrior, both of whom he saw as threats to his well being at this moment in time. He watched in pity as the mauled female pup trotted uncertainly to her brother, looking as though she was seeking comfort from him. The bird couldn't blaim her, after the audeel she had just been through. Heck, he wouldn't blaim her if she was traumatized for life. 'Shut. Up.' Kaija hissed in his mind, irritated by both the Ravens thoughts and his warriors actions. Tamen hastely stopped talking, stopped thinking, focusing all of his attention on watching the two pups make a retreat away from the clearing, closely followed by the Jackal thing. 'Go with them.' Kaija said in his mind, a command that Tamen followed without question.
Now that the pups were gone and out of harms way, Cinder had padded off in a dramatic mood, and his pesky Raven had dissappeared, Kaija could place all of his attention on his mate. Now that she had calmed herself down, Senna seemed different, somehow. Not quite vulnerable, but something close. She looked at him, eyes shining, and asked quietly 'So.. What do you think we should do..?' The Brute thought for a second, his worry aimed more for his mates sanity than over his warriors outburst. No, Cinder was somebody who could be dealt with later. Senna was not. "Shall we go? Cinder can calm down by herself. You wanted to talk?"

the fae came flying into the area, her heart racing after she heard though the forest and other wolves that her alphas would here and she has not seen them in forever, but as she past though sorrow woods she spotted cinder and an unknown wolf she would inform her alphas of this and hopefully they would know what to do, as she entered the clearing for the falls she could see what seemed to be two outlines but that was all she was able to see, she pushed herself to run faster which was made easier because of the cooler weather but it was still killer on her body.
As she closed in two smells entered her nose and a wide grin formed on her muzzle, that was indeed her alphas, she continued to run forward dodging tree after tree and jumped over any fallen log or whole she came apron and pushed herself to move at a breakneck speed she knew that the info she had would be important to her alphas and she needed to get it to them now although she did not know what was going on with cinder and that other fae all she knew was that she could be in trouble and that a wolf had invaded their territory.
Moments later Sarah came sliding in to the same clearing as her alphas, stopping mere inches away from them trying to catch her breathe but she had no time to catch up with them that would have to wait until another time right now she needed to let them know what was happening as she looked up at her alphas clearly winded, " My alphas...sorry to interrupt.. but.. i just saw..". she paused to take a big gulp of air before continuing, " cinder... shes about to get in a fight.. with..i don't know.. i didn't get a good look at the wolf but she might need help"
the fae then fell to the ground completely out of breathe and tired from her long journey, she just laid there at her alphas feet breathing heavily as she let them soak in the information that she had just told them but then it hit her that senna was upset or was upset about something..had she come at a terrible time?.. the sentry took another big gulp of air trying to cool herself down but it would take quite some time before she would be able to do so.

"Let's go."
Those were perhaps the best words she had heard all day. Though the young heir still quivered from her horrific ordeal, and her stomuch still churned, she breathed a little easier now that she could go back to her den and rest. Her mother and father ordered there small followers to watch over them. Although she would usually torment and pester the anxcious guardians, she couldn't bear to do so this time. Not after such an eventful day. She didn't have the heart to do anything, for it ached of shame and guilt. She simply nodded to Amori, ready to leave all the drama behind.
With pawsteps quick and unfaultering, Nemu padded down the clif with her twin, occasionally stumbling over the rugged terrain with just one eye. She would clean her wounds when she retreated behind the falls. She couldn't stop, not wanting to look back and se her mother in the eyes. She still could not rid the images of her proudless face. How infuriated she must had been to find out her own child broke the laws Senna and Kaija made for the pack. They were not mean't to bbe broken, though she did so countless times. This time, her luck struck out, and was punished for her mischevious ways. With her head lowered in shame, she disappeared into the darkness with the opakti's and her brother.

"Shall we go? Cinder can calm down by herself. You wanted to talk?"
Noting her mate's anger for there warrior denying orders, she did not want to anger him more by replying no. Not that she was going to, for she very much wanted to spend some much needed alone time they were so often deprived of with Kaija. It could have been her hormones acting up for breeding season, but either way, they needed to speak to one another-away from there members. Away from there children, there opakti's. And, though her duty as alphess was thrilling, she could use at least an hours break from it with the masculine brute. Onyx lips departed from each other, sapphires gazing intently at the alpha. "I suppose your right, we should go and talk alone." She spoke a little more softly than the norm, since he was the only wolf she could act half-nice to. Just as she was ready to slip off with her mate into the cover of night, the sound of paws drumming off the earth caught her immidiate attention. The scent was of her scout, Sarah. By the looks of it, she was going to be the second bearer of bad news. Just what she needed at this point.
" My alphas...sorry to interrupt.. but.. i just saw..cinder... shes about to get in a fight.. with..i don't know.. i didn't get a good look at the wolf but she might need help."
Of course. How on earth could everyone else of her pack stay out of troubles path? If everyone could just follow orders, then karma would not follow them so closer. She scoffed at the news, somewhat uncaring of the warrior. Though she thought this would be good punishment for Cinder, she decided that punishment would be givin by the alpha's, not from some rogue wolf. Emitting a drawn out growl, she nodded to her scout and began to speak. "Thanks, Sarah. I suppose me and Kaija will take care of it from here." Although it was Sarah's job as a scout, she wished she hadn't arrived with such news. Senna looked foward to be with Kaija, but, once again, her alpha duties came first. Sighing deeply, she looked to her mate with a slightly irratated look to her features. "Well.. Petra Beach will have to wait until later. I guess we should see what Cinder has gotton herself into this time."

"Thanks, Sarah. I suppose me and Kaija will take care of it from here."
"if i'm interupting something.. i can go back her up.." the exhausted scout said as she forced herself to her pads, she could feel the tension that still lingered in the air around her alphas, as much as she needed to rest she would like nothing more then to please her leaders, her loyality had been proven time and time again and once again it seemed that she was willing to prove it now, even if she had to tire her already exhausted body out even more she would do so if it meant that her alphas could have time to themselves, she hasn't been around for quite awhile but she knew as well as anyone how stressful the alpha female and male positions can be on a wolf, and as if her prayers for an opening to help, anything she could do for her alphas was answered, her alphess spoke once more only this time it was to her mate,
"Well.. Petra Beach will have to wait until later. I guess we should see what Cinder has gotton herself into this time."
"With all do respect my alphess.. you two head to petra beach.. i'll bail her out.. then when you two have had enough you can return and take your time dealing with her if she is indeed in trouble", sarah knew this act would kind of catch them off-guard because not alot of wolves would willingly exhaust themselves especially when they were not under orders from their alphas, but she really wanted to prove herself since she had been away from the pack for such a long time, in her mind she had alot to make up for and she hoped that her alphas would agree and go relax, allowing her to handle this after all she could handle a single threaten especially if there was already a skyla warrior on the scene.

'I suppose your right, we should go and talk alone.'
The large male smiled, releaved that he would finally be getting some time alone with his Alphess, whilst at the same time intrigued as to what it was she wanted to talk about. He was aware of what subjects would most likely come up, such as Cinders behaviour, and he would simply have to inquire into the scene that had just taken place, regarding Senna and Nemu, but it would definitely be nice to just sit and talk with his mate, without the drama that the pack always seemed to hold. Kaija rose onto his paws heavily, getting ready to leave the clearing in the direction of Petra Beach, when another sound caught his attention, as it got gradually louder and louder.
'My alphas...sorry to interrupt.. but.. i just saw cinder... shes about to get in a fight.. with..i don't know.. i didn't get a good look at the wolf but she might need help.' The breathless pack scout came galloping into the area through the trees, gasping for breath as she spoke. At her words, Kaija immedietly felt his somewhat good mood sink, frowning at the not-so-good news. He had been quite looking forward to spending some much needed time with his mate, but now, well now it looked as though they'd have to put their plans to a hault and see what mess Cinder had managed to get herself into. No matter how much that damn wolf had gotten on his nerves today, with her disrespectful cheek and screaming about an issue that he'd not even known about, it was his duty, as an Alpha, to protect his pack. He nodded his thanks to the sentry femme, before switching his gaze onto Senna, amused by the expression on her face.
'Thanks, Sarah. I suppose me and Kaija will take care of it from here. Well.. Petra Beach will have to wait until later. I guess we should see what Cinder has gotton herself into this time.' It seemed that the alphess was feeling just as irritated by this as he himself was, the tone of her voice and expression she held proof enough of this. "We probably should." Kaija said half-heartedly, the idea not at all warm to him. He shifted his position, again getting ready to leave in the opposite direction, to see what on earth the raged Cinder had managed to find herself caught up in, when Sarah spoke. 'With all do respect my alphess.. you two head to petra beach.. i'll bail her out.. then when you two have had enough you can return and take your time dealing with her if she is indeed in trouble.' Now, that was a suggestion he definitely liked the sound of, if only it were that simple. To leave the Sentry in charge of cleaning up whatever mess had arose, and sneak off for some long awaited for time with Senna, would be ideal in his mind. It probably couldn't happen though. It was the duty of the Alphas, not the sentry, to deal with issues in the pack, and so leaving Sarah to deal with it would be completely against his character. He was, however, considering doing just that. Unsure, the male cast his curious eyes onto his mate, wondering if she would take this with a different approach.

The stars gleamed brightly against the dark heavens, accompinied by the lumiscent glow of the cresent moon. The breeze that enveloped the alphas land had a certain chill to it already, suggesting that the following winter may be just as bad as the one before it. Though Senna would, on most occasions, enjoy the drama, such a beautiful night should not be wasted on the casualities that kept occuring in her pack as of recent days. Unfotunatly, such desires seemed unlikely-especially on this particular night.
"With all do respect my alphess.. you two head to petra beach.. i'll bail her out.. then when you two have had enough you can return and take your time dealing with her if she is indeed in trouble"
Senna merely quirked a brow at the scouts suggestion, noting that once again she had been ordered to do something by a lower rank. It may had been subtle, but the dark brown alphess had caught the slight demand, but let it slide this time. Though what she offered was enticing, she was an alpha. If there was a wolf invading her land without permission, not to mention if they threatened one of her members very lives, then she would go forth and deal with the situation personally. Bright optics seeked her mate's dark orbs, his showing the same question her mind had before. Should they just let Sarah handle the situation and slip off by themselves, not thinking about the situation? Or should theyremind themselves of their foresworn duties as alphas, and come to Cinders 'rescue'? Kaija may not have made up his mind, but Senna did not think twice about which answer she would choose.
"That's quite alright, Sarah. You may proceed to your own duties, as myself and Kaija will handle ours." The leader hinted her own orders this time, staring down upon her smokey grey scout. For her sake, she hoped she would not be naive as Nemu and Cinder, for she too would face the alpha' violent wraith. Confirming her mates puzzled look, she gave a nod to the brute, as if to say that it was time to find Cinder. Without speaking, not even looking at the sentry, her ebon paws pressed forward onto the jagged rocks of Petra Falls towards Sorrow Woods. She had no idea what wolf may have been threatening Cinder, nor if this canine belonged to one of the nortoious packs. Only one thing stood clear to the large framed alphess-this wolf was not of her pack, and would surely face a 'welcoming' the Skyla were reknowned for. With parted jaws, the wolves unshethed claws, and constant snarls. She was ready to fight if need be. The Skyla were never too kind to invaders that did not warn of there visit. This one would be treated no differently.

It seemed the alphess did not have any issues with how to handle this particular situation, as Senna told Sarah to dissappear, leaving the Alpha pair to deal with whoever it was whom Cinder had managed to get tangled up with. Really, Kaija should not have felt so glum about this decision. It was his duty afterall, as the ruler of these territories, to protect his pack, and to deal with any intruder that would foolishly decide to wander into them. Still, however, the male couldn't help but feel annoyed over this. He longed for some time alone with his mate, something that would probably take a long long time to come again now that this oportunity had been ruined, and of course, all of his blaim fell on Cinder. The femme who couldn't seem to keep herself out of trouble.
With his mind wandering from the pups, to Tamen, and then onto wondering what it was that lay shortly ahead of them in their journey through the territory, Kaija followed Senna lead. He stood up on all four paws heavily, nodding his dismissal to Sarah, and then proceeded to pad out of the clearing behind his mate, hoping with all of his heart that what was to come would not last too long.
