You know what.. Go ahead go see your brother.. just don't expect me to be here when you return. He turned and started to pad away in the other direction. Not stopping for anything or anyone anymore. As he thought. "Why did i come back here?.. What made me come back to this pack? just be be yelled at?". He shook his head and kept walking what ever he had felt for her before was clearly dead and gone now. He was beyond mad he was beyond furious now.All he was trying to do was protect her and he got yelled at. Shade couldn't stand being yelled at and that applied to everyone from Small little worms to the most powerful bear on the land. He wouldn't just stand there and let anyone yell at him like that.He had alot of respect for Kishi But getting in his face yelling at him crosses the line.
He kept walking away from kishi not even looking back to see if she had heard him or even responded to him in anyway. His tail swayed angrily behind him as he laid down by a cave to rest up for the long trip out of the territory. He sighed deeply all the rage that he felt was starting to fade away and he started to think once again.
He was not regretting what he had said to to kishi or was he?. The mighty xyla warrior felt regret? sorrow?. This was a new feeling to him. He did not know how to explain the way he felt right now.

'You know what.. Go ahead go see your brother.. just don't expect me to be here when you return.' The femme stopped walking, his sudden outburst of anger shocking Kishi to the point where she no longer knew what to say. He was leaving? No, he couldn't leave, for the sake of the pack! She needed him here! Rage bubbled up inside of her, all rational thoughts dissipated and replaced with her sheer anger at him. "Fine!" She spat loudly as he padded off angrily, turning and stomping off in the opposite direction. She would venture to the other territories, just to spite him. She would show him that she could go alone without being attacked and wounded. And if she got back to find him gone .. then fine! She didn't care.
Oh, but she did. And the femme came to wonder whether she'd come down too hard on him. She had a severe problem when it came to trusting Brutes, infact, she couldn't make herself trust them at all. It wasn't surprising, though, given what she'd been through in the past. She'd had her pack stolen off her, found herself a slave, had her mate murdered, been raped, and had half of her pups killed, all by that vile brute Kione. That was why she found it hard to trust the male gender. That was why she hadn't reacted so well with the warriors demands on going with her. But Shade wouldn't have known that! He hadn't been there during that dreadful year! He had only been trying to help, hadn't he?
The Alphesses angry trot slowed to a gentle pad across the clearing, and she lay back down under another tree on the opposite side of the lake, blinking away the unshed tears that were threatening in her eyes. Had she had the right to shout at him like that? Yes, she was the alpha, so of course she did. But should she have shouted at him in that way? No, probably not.
Lying in the sun, miserable from her argument with the warrior, Kishi spent the next couple of minutes going through her plans in her head. She'd visit the Skyla first, get the most dangerous territory over and done with, before taking a quick detour into the Liazo lands, and then back home. Yes, that should work put alright.

Was this it? was he really going to leave the pack?. Not likely the xyla was his family no matter how mad he was at the alphess. He had to put his feelings aside and do what was best for the pack. Shade could not afford to put himself before the pack. He had allowed his anger to get the better of him and that was not good. In fact she had every right to demote him even banish him from the territory. He was greatiful that she didn't but why? she had every right to do so.. He was now beating himself up about how he had spoken to his alphess. Clearly now she would never feel the same way that he did for her.
Not that he blamed her in any way. Who could love such a foolish brute like himself. Shade was very good at fighting but when it came to expressing his feelings. He had always been shy especially around the word love. No one could explain it and alot of the faes in the land before had said he was a perfect mate. But he refused to believe a word of it he was a warrior not a lover. He couldn't see himself putting anyone in harms way especially not his family. It would tear him apart if he did so so he just kept his distance from the female gender as much as he could.
But kishi was the alphess so he had no choice but to follow her orders and work closely with her but he hadn't always felt this way for her in fact there was a place in time where all he and kishi did was butt heads and fight. shade thought that time was long gone but clearly he had been wrong.Without checking his surroundings he said one thing he had been keeping to himself."I..i love you kishi..". He then laid his head down closing his eyes and fell to sleep once more.

I think i'm going to leave it at that, if its alright? We could think up a sub-plot or something drastic to happen, get their sub-story involved in the sub-plot thats being planned at the moment. Not sure how that'll work, but i'll try and involve all the packs? Let me know if you wanted to carry on.
