These are the general Rules of the Site. They should be followed without question, and anyone who doesn't behave will be punished. Whether its just a 2 day ban or a 2 Month ban.
New rules are marked with a red * sign.
Out Of Character Rules
General
- No harassing other members. This means no pestering them to post, or do something they do not wish to do.
- No Cyber Bullying. This is a strict no, and any reports we do get of this happening will be looked into, and may even result in a permanent ip ban.
- No Plagiarism.
- No spamming, we have staff members working hard to keep the site clean and tidy, so please help us with that.
- Keep swearing to a minimum. Remember that their may be some younger members here.
- No one under the age of 13 should be able to join. This is one of Proboards rules, so it applies to anyone here too.
- You can have any number of characters to one account, so long they are all kept active. Or, you can have one account to each character, whichever you prefer, so long as they are all kept active.
- Advertising is to be kept in the Advertising board. Absolutely no begging people to join your site, whether that's through the Cbox, PMing or ooc posts. This is definitely not allowed, as it is annoying and makes the site look trashy.
- Most of all have fun. We hope you stay here in Kongrai is enjoyable.
- Character Biographies should be posted within One Week of joining. Any members without a bio at this point shall be deleted.
- * Do not PM members demanding that they reply to your posts.
Cbox Rules
- No Spamming.
- Please keep swearing to the very minimum.
- No advertising, we have certain boards for that.
- Arguing should not happen, and if a tiff does break out, please keep it in PMs, don't Spam the site with it.
- *Please don't start begging people to post replies. I don't mind people saying things like 'I'll wait for so and so to reply before posting again,' which could be a subtle hint, but absolutely no demanding that people post. Frankly, its annoying. Posts like these will be deleted.
In Character Rules
In-Character Posting
- Kongrai does not have a strict word count, as the site is open for any level of role players to enjoy. However, please try to at least write a paragraph, absolutely no one liners. These are incredibly hard for other role players to reply to, and, to be fair, a paragraph isn't hard to write out.
- We expect good punctuation and spelling. Their is such thing as a Spell-checker (:
- Just to let you all know, you may come across some accounts that have a higher post count than actual posts posted on this site. That is because I have added on their posts from V1 of the site to their post count, to make it fair and easier to reach the post number for guardians and matings.
- *When including something that has happened in your wolf's past in one of your role play posts, please make sure their are details of this in the Biography, unless it is something that has happened after you joined the site, such as a mini-plot.
- *If you are writing about an ordeal that happened to your character, which includes other peoples wolves as well, you must get that members consent before hand, otherwise there would be a lot of confusion.
Fighting
- The winner of a Fight will be decided by a member of staff, unless the two member can come to a friendly decision.
- Generally, the bigger the wolf, the better chance it has of winning, but we do sometimes make exceptions.
- It does not matter whether your Wolf is male or female, usually they will both have the same strength, unless stated otherwise in the post.
Breeding
- Wolves should be at least 2 years old to breed.
- Not all matings are successful, please bare this in mind. Do not expect without question to receive puppies.
- Wolves may force breed, but you must have the other members say so before hand.
- Please, no graphic mating. This is a proboards rule, not just a Kongrai rule.
- If your Wolf has mated with another, then please post the two wolves stats in the 'matings' thread to try your luck with pups.
- Your wolf can give birth straight after breeding if you wish them to.
Claiming Land
- Alpha wolves rule a land safely for 2 out of character weeks until they are open for challenging.
- If you wish to challenge a wolf for the Alpha position, then make a thread in that board that makes it clear what you are after.
- The winner of the fight will be decided by staff.
- If an Alpha has been inactive for more than 4 months, then their territory is automatically open for claiming again.
- For now, whilst the site is still fairly small, one person can have more than one wolf in a high rank (different packs though), this will change, however, when the site gets larger, to one high ranked wolf per person.
