Oh, how she did love this season. Thick snow covered the rocky ground, the clouds a deep gray colour as more large white flakes floated from the sky, gradually getting faster until the air was filled with a heavy, cold blizzard.
The white wolf padded slowly through the snow, keeping her head down to prevent anything from catching in her eyes. The cold was beginning to set in, but she had a lot of fur. Thankfully, she couldn't really feel it. Yet. Her paws sank deep into the blanket, leaving a track far behind her as she walked. A small, fluffy creature walked just behind her, its fur just as white as his masters, leaving tiny pawprints along side the others. The arctic fox had been following Akila for a short while now, silently at first, and from a fair distance. Recently, though, he had began to get closer, until he was tailing her everywhere. It had irritated the fae at first, and she had considered ending the pests life on several occasions, but for some reason, she could not bring herself to do it. Now? She had grown accustomed to having the creature around. Perhaps even come to enjoy the company. It did not annoy her, having the small canine follow her around. Akila simply knew to ignore him.
There was no explanation that she could think of, for why the small fox would take it upon himself to join her company. Previously, when she had come across such creatures, they had fled at the sight of her. But not this one. Whether he had some sort of deluded mind, or he thought he'd be able to steal food from her and get away with it, she did not know. Akila had even attempted to chase the fox away several times, snarling and snapping angrily at him, but the little pest had been persistent, and always returned. So, she simply lived with it now. He didnt bother her.
The fae and her unusual companion padded on, gradually making progress and venturing deeper and deeper into the outback, with not a single word passed between them.
[not sure what to RP about haha, but open to anyone! I need something to do with herrr x(]

Canitia made her way around the frozen body of water looking for any spot that may of allowed her to get a drink, her ears perked listening for anything that might of posed a threat or even a possible meal and sure she still had to meet with the Skyla alpha to see if he approved if her joining the pack but that would have to wait she remembered seeing just how big the alphess's mid section was so it couldn't of been long for her to give birth and the last thing they needed was a unknown face showing up and possibly posing a threat to the new born pups. Ani seemed to be in luck as she found a small hole in the ice which was relatively close to the shore, she slowly made her way over before leaning down dropping her guard as she started to lap away at the cooling and refreshing liquid. Her tail swaying contently behind her.
She was rather enjoying the water but that would be short lived as a unknown scent made it's way into her nose causing a chain reaction of both anger and fear, She whipped around looking in all directions as she tried to locate the source of the new scent. she may of been new to these lands but she was far from an easy target, the fur on the back of her neck started to bristle up and her tail sniffed as she snarled savagely."Who ever you are show yourself now!" she snapped her eyes narrowing abit trying to spot the creature. There was a second scent in the air as well but it wasn't as strong and it was vastly different from any wolf she had ever smelled before perhaps it was a breed only found on this island? Either way if they wished to fight then she'd sure as hell give them one.

It had been a while, and still the little, pale furred fox insisted on following her around. The pair were really quite an odd sight to see. Akila, the pure white wolfess and her snow furred, albeit rather unwanted companion, padding silently through the freezing outback in single file. Occasionally, the fox would show a bout of playfulness, leaping from one paw-print of his masters to another, but for the majority of the journey, the odd pair of friends were docile. The scent of the creature intrigued Akila. On the whole, he smelt just like your normal fox. Except at the same time he didn't. Not really. There was something else there. Something she had never, ever before smelt. And it peaked her curiosity.
Throughout the journey, Akilas mind wandered from place to place. She did not like this silence. It made her think of things she did not wish to think. The fire that killed her siblings and scarred her mind for life played in front of her eyes, over and over until she could take no more. Meeting Flint, the devilish Brute on the fog hidden Island near the coast, and then later that same day running for her life with him, with humans and their dogs following closely in pursuit. Fighting to the death whilst all the time being shot at when those viscous hybridized canines got too close, and only just making it off the Island alive. Waking up from unconsciousness the following evening, not knowing whether her friend was dead or alive. All played before her eyes as she padded along. And all the time giving her strange companion an insight into her life, without her even knowing.
Too long had passed before another wolfish scent met her nostrils. Not particularly a scent she wished to be greeted with, either. This wolf smelt of pack. Not just any pack, either. It just happened to be the most feared pack on the Island. Perhaps she should turn back and walk the opposite way? No. She'd come this far, and this wolf held no rights above her here. This was neutral ground. Akila was doing no wrong in walking here. The fae continued forward, acting a lot braver than she felt, until the sight of the wolf and the thickly iced lake came into view. 'Who ever you are show yourself now!' Akila stopped in her tracks. The wolf, a girl, she could now tell, sounded angry. Surely this land had not been claimed by the Skyla? No, it couldn't have. They were situated too far a distance from here. Bit of a strange place for a pack wolf such as yourself to be hanging around, isn't it? Her tone was kept light, friendly. After all there was no use in making enemies where they were not wanted. Not in these dark times.

"Shut up i can go where i please that is unless you want to try and do something about that?" The fae's words dripped with venom this was not the fae that had washed up on the shores in the skyla territory she had been this way ever sense her meeting with the skyla alphess she had awoken something inside of her a darker side and to be quite honest Ani liked the new side of herself, No longer would she be pushed around but she would get what she wanted even if it ment having to get in a fight to get it, the fae's tail whipped though the air all the while her icey cold gaze never left the new fae in the area.
Until now her gaze shifted down to the white fox as a grin started to form upon her muzzle as she licked her chops."And who's your delicious looking friend there?", The famme started making her way toward the smaller creature and it was certain that she had evil intensions forming in her mind and all the while she managed to keep an eye on the white wolfess to ensure there wouldn't be any surprises.

'Shut up i can go where i please that is unless you want to try and do something about that?'
Akila stood in silence, taken aback by the females snappy, venom filled tone. Had she done something to upset this foul tempered femora? Of course not. This was a Skyla wolf, for christs sake. Nothing needed to be done to cause these characters to become nasty mouthed canids. They were like wasps, floating around being constantly angry. Their pack lands must be filled with a constant mood of rage and bloodthirst, the air probably heavy with it. How could a wolf live like that? Surely it was not healthy for the mind. But then, perhaps the Skyla were beyond that already. It certainly seemed like their minds were tapped, half of the time. The fae shifted uncomfortably under the new wolfs icey glare. Well, there's no need to be like that. I was only providing a simple question.
'And who's your delicious looking friend there?'
Until now, Akila had all but forgotten about her strange little companion. He had been stood in silence, observing the situation with very little input. However, since this monstrous fae had turned her attention onto him, Akila could literally feel the waves of fear rolling off of him. It was as though the emotion was weaving through her own mind, coming from his. Strange. The white wolf switched her gaze down onto the small fox, suddenly feeling a surge of protectiveness towards the tiny canine. How dare this wolf look at him in such a way? She had no right to be here, threatening others like this. Hey She snapped, This is my chewtoy, not yours. She lowered her stare, lips pulling back to reveal shiny teeth accompanied with a low growl. Take yourself back to your precious pack lands, nobody wants you here.

I heard she has another litter on the way. you all must be thrilled she knew she probably would get a sarcastic answer but maybe she would have caught the female off guard with her knowledge...

"Well, there's no need to be like that. I was only providing a simple question."
the fammora would just scoff and roll her eyes after all there was no real reason to reply to that fae's statement. She could think anything she wanted to about the skyla after all from what she's seen the rumors about her new found pack were true, she slowly shifted her gaze away from the fox for a moment to look at the fae with a sly grin plastered on her muzzle. so she actually cared for this creature?, she couldn't help but wonder why any wolf would want any fox to accompany them, just the thought of having something like that following her made her sick to her stomach. she parted her lips to make another sarcastic comment but it seemed the white fae before her beat her to it as she heard the fammora speak once more.
"Hey, this is my chewtoy, not yours, take yourself back to your precious pack lands, nobody wants you here."
That comment actually brought a smile to Canitia's lips, not a comforting smile by far more like a sick and demented smile. So she had offended her in some way?. "what a pitty" the female thought as she stared at the two creatures ahead of her, She really had hoped for a bit more fun then this however that comment did show that the white fae did have some sense of humor it just seemed that she didn't like the Skyla sense of humor oh well, Before she could do anything about the white fae and her company a new scent entered her nose. yet another interuption! would she ever be allowed to hunt or get a drink in peace.
"Good day ladies! beautiful weather were having aren't we?"
"God, yet another loner don't you pests have anything better to do then bug a pack wolf?" Ani spoke as her patience was starting to run low which could be noted by her twitching tail but she was not about to leave this area after all she had traveled here first and it was highly unlikely that she'd be lucky enough to find another hole in the ice this close to the shore to get a drink from, the fammora rolled her neck causing three audible pops to be heard as she shifted her stance to one that would better suite her if a battle were to ensue, Her eyes shifted back and forth between the two faes before her not trusting either one of them, They seemed to be polite.. way to polite to be trusted.
"How is lady senna doing? I heard she has another litter on the way. you all must be thrilled"
"You will not speak her name again, you are not worthy of doing so and keep your nose out of skyla business." Ani snapped how dare this shewolf speak the name of her new alphess like it was nothing, Perhaps she had met her before? No... For that to of happened she would of had to of entered the skyla lands and if she had indeed met Senna she wouldn't be cheerful about it, either way she did not like how this was going that fae knew to much for her liking, How the hell did she know Senna was pregnant.

Akila stood in her defensive position, eyeing the wolf cautiously to watch her every move, white mist escaping her parted jaws as she growled softly, trying to convey that she was not to be messed with. The fact that the Skyla femora had laughed at her previous comment had not met Akila nicely, and she was now in a thoroughly bad mood. How dare this pack wolf venture into loner lands and pester them? Not to mention the fact that this minor confrontation would be scaring off the already small number of prey species in the area. How very unfriendly of her. Just as she was about to come out with another snappy comment, a thought hit her. This was a pack wolf. They rarely travel alone. Why was she alone? Was she alone? Were there others here somewhere? The thought send a shiver down her spine, and she sniffed the air with caution.
'Good day ladies! beautiful weather were having aren't we?'
The sudden voice almost made Akila jump out of her skin, and she let out another low growl unwittingly, lips curling back over her teeth, before even turning to look at the newcomer. This was another loner, that was clear, and that put Akilas mind to rest, only slightly. The fae was white colored, and entered the commotion with a friendly displacement and a wagging tail, making Akila immediately feel bad for growling at her provokingly.
'God, yet another loner don't you pests have anything better to do then bug a pack wolf?'
'How is lady senna doing? I heard she has another litter on the way. you all must be thrilled'
'You will not speak her name again, you are not worthy of doing so and keep your nose out of Skyla business.'
The white wolf snorted. It was a pity that the Skyla pack allowed themselves to breed. Bringing more cold hearted blood wolves into the world was doing no one any favors. If this is the case, She said cooly, then dont you have somewhere to be, other than 'bugging' us loners?
[No muse, sorry for rubbish reply.]

the fae would slowly make her way though the land after the whole thing situation with shade and the xyla there was no way that she'd be allowed back into that pack but there was one thing she knew for sure, She was done following zentha and his little gang. Times had been hard but she regretted nothing as much as she regretted joining that gang of cold hearted wolves. They seemed to get pleasure by harming others which was okay with her for awhile because she thought her pack had been destroyed by the harsh winter but that couldn't be any further from the truth, but now she was a loner or so she assumed, A wolf without a pack to call her own, with no leader to tell her what to do, Perhaps this wouldn't be so bad. She still had a slight limp from her encounter with sparta which only served to sour her experiences with the skyla wolves, just then her ears perked hearing a heated conversion, one voice she knew vaguely.
"tsk tsk you should be nicer to wolves you don't know they could be friends to your pack.... you must be new to the skyla... you remind me of cinder.. always picking on us loners.."
She was confused at first, who the hell was that wolf talking to?, She slowly made her way toward them her whole body was tense, she didn't really know why it was that way, she had plenty of combat experience plus they didn't even know she was there yet, The scene would slowly unfold before the femme's eyes, three faes and a strange creature, Two of them were clearly loners that was for sure, she remembered one of them, Satarah was her name, the other was still a mystery but that didn't bother her to much once the third female's scent hit her nose,...Skyla scum.. Thats all she needed to know, she padded out from her little hiding spot and wasted no time letting the three knowing what kind of mood she was in, It is true that she could of gone after the two loners or the smaller creature but no, She made her way past them getting in the face of the skyla wolf."You skyla are all the same, Big and Bad picking on loners, Why don't you try and pick on someone like me, Someone with pack and combat experience"

As satarah waited for a possible stand off another voice pierced the brisk spring air. It was someone she knew but was unsure of where she stood with this female. She knew the female once ran with zentha because of her scent on there first in counter in the xyla lands, but from what the silvery white female could smell now the fae had not returned to zentha, but whether or not she had good intentions satarah did not know. The fae seemed to take there side though playing the part as the other pack wolf to save the day but what pack did she mean? Her elbony tipped rose buds flattened unsure if the skyla or possibly former zentha/ xyla females wolfs would fight. Hope fully the skyla one will see she is out numbered retain to friendly conversation or possibly leave.
Satarah stayed where she was at not letting her guard down. Not even to the other loner who was here first. This was tense . It was also exciting for along time now satarah had been gentle and nice, but was feeling aggressive today she needed some possible rough housing or drama.in other other words something fun or chaotic to create something other then the professional manor she had had to maintain while visiting the xyla.

Great yet another femme showed up instantly running her mouth but she stated she was a pack wolf, this definitely caught her attention but if she had a pack why was she out here?. Canitia would have to handle this situation differently now and just when it was getting fun to.. The fae could snap back and act threatening but they still had her out numbered, even a two on one situation would not bold well for her. She slowly closed her eyes as her lips slid back over her ivory colored points, the tension leaving her body, She was still on her guard that was a given but the stance she took was much less aggressive and more defensive at least for a moment then the creepy/sick grin formed back onto her muzzle.
she slowly took a step back then another before turning as she started to pad away, A feeling that felt so wrong to her she was not use to walking away from a confrontation but this was different. She wasn't out for herself anymore she had a pack to think about even if the only one who knew she was in the pack at this point was the alpha female, She had given her word that she would do all she could to help better the pack and that she would give her life in defense of her new found pack mates even though she had never even met them face to face yet. She looked back at the small grouping of wolves of whom had driven her away from her source of water.
"You've all made an enemy today.. Don't you ever forget that" Her words dripped with venom, She would never forget this day and if the numbers had been even there was no doubt in her mind that a fight would of broken out then and there but as stated before they had her out numbered, Even a fresh warrior would know three on one odds is a suckers bet. With her threat uttered the femma took off heading toward skyla territory and toward the safety of her home once more.

'tsk tsk you should be nicer to wolves you don't know they could be friends to your pack.... you must be new to the skyla... you remind me of cinder.. always picking on us loners..'
This wolf seemed to know what she was talking about, and strangely enough, also seemed to know a lot about this Skyla. Yet she smelled distinctly like a loner, and Akila held no doubts that she did not belong to any of the packs. Cinder. The name was not familiar to the femme, but then, Akila only knew what most other loners knew about the Skyla pack; stay away from their territory, and stay away from their wolves. Cinder must be another Skyla girl, most likely just the same as this one, rude and aggressive.
'You skyla are all the same, Big and Bad picking on loners, Why don't you try and pick on someone like me, Someone with pack and combat experience.'
The white wolf flattened her ears against her head, turning her head harshly to see who this newcomer was. She lifted her nose slightly, breathing in the scent, which again was confusing. Their was a complete mix of different things, loners, a pack, and a sharp sense of danger. It was strange, and put Akila completely on edge. She stood strong, adopting a defensive stance just in case things took a turn for the worse. The tension was thick in the air, and a sharp ripple of excitement struck through her body as she awaited to see what was going to happen. The opportunity for a fight was just too much to pass up on, and Akila found herself longing to be able to get her claws dirty once more. The thrill of battle was something she had not experienced for a long, long time.
She was out of luck however, it seemed, as the Skyla fae seemed all too aware of her outnumbered odds. She turned around with a sickening grin, uttering a small threat as she walked away. 'You've all made an enemy today.. Don't you ever forget that.' Akila growled eagerly, a low rumble of a noise as she watched the aggressive wolf pad away slowly, her longing for a fight ebbing away gracefully with every step that the she-wolf took. Yet, she still did not resume a relaxed state of mind, standing with a defensive manner as she eyed the remaining wolves wearily. What would happen now?

The famme watched as the aggressive fae decided that discretion was the better part of valor on this occasion and slink off after muttering a small threat. Only once the fae was out of sight did kenya grimaced in pain then tried to shake some life back into her injured paw, The whole scene she had put on turned out to be one big bluff, The white she wolf was in no condition for a fight. As she turned around she glanced at the two other faes in the area. She could easily see that one of them was still on edge but that didn't bother her any she simply turned her attention to the female she had met once before and her gaze did not falter in the slightest as she spoke in a cold hearted tone."You helped me once, I just repaid the favor nothing more nothing less, Just wanted to make that clear. I didn't want you thinking we were pals or anything like that"
Not that she ment to appear that way it was just the way she had gotten use to talking while with the gang. Either they liked what she had to say or not it wouldn't have any effect on her anyway as she slowly made her way over to the hole in the ice and leaned down then slowly started to lap away at the cool refreshing transparent liquid, Her thorns perked listening to the two behind her if they were to try something then she would give them a run for their money but for the moment she was just enjoying the liquid and quenching her thirst though she couldn't stop the scene with shade and the others from playing over and over in her skull, It was like it just wanted to torment the poor exiled fae even for the rest of her life, With a shake of her head she sent the memories to the pack of her mind for the moment being.
She then glanced back at her unlikely allies/Company and rolled her eyes before glancing to the clouds above, "Where shall i go now? Perhaps where ever the prey takes me?" Kenya thought letting a soft sigh escape from between her lips before laying down on the cooling icey ground below and her head followed her body shortly which only served to show the others that she no longer cared that they were even in the area.

The paranoid fae kept her back turned towards her unlikely allies after all Zentha and then Sparta had given her more then enough reasons to never trust another wolf again. But despite her efforts her old self was starting to come back, Her old friendly self but she would never be exactly the same as she was before. She was so naive back then thinking that she was safe within a pack but that couldn't of been any further from the truth. If shade wasn't going to forgive her then why should she forgive him or any of the xyla for that matter. What had they done for her recently besides turning their backs on her when she needed them the most?, The fae slowly glanced back at the two other females in the area, Perhaps their meeting wasn't just by chance?. She could tell one of them was still naive as naive about the pack life as she use to be but the other one seemed to enjoy the loner life style, Kenya had started to enjoy that kind of a life as well, No one being able to tell you what to do or where to go and when to be there. That was like heaven to her. The paranoid fade was drawn out of her musings as the younger naive she-wolf spoke up.
"so do you guys have anyone? like someone you love? or have you ever loved? all the other females ive met seem to be happy and floating on air in love then have pups right away but i feel like they dont get to really enjoy each other before the pups and i feel like im the only one so what do you guys think?"
Ah..Love.. Such a warm and caring feeling but sadly she did not care for any wolf in such a manor, If they could help her out and/or prove themselves useful in another manor then she could stomach the thought of being around them. As this situation had been a perfect example of this, She stood her ground when she could of easily slipped into the shadows and let the other faes deal with that demented skyla trash but because they showed the willingness to fight instead of just talking it out like she had seen other wolves do. They had gained some of her respect but not enough to warrant her full trust but enough for her to stomach sticking around for abit longer. She leaned down nuzzling her injured paw then started cleaning it. How could she have been such a fool to believe anything Sparta had to say, he had been the reason she stayed away from the xyla. Who knows by now she could of been back in their ranks uninjured and not struggling to keep herself fed.
"No..I have never had the pleasure of loving someone nor would i ever want to. It just gives your enemies something else to target and destroy" She spoke with her usual bitter tone and she didn't really care if the other two agreed with what she had to say or not it was her opinion and she had every right to it. She laid her head down planing on getting atleast some rest before making her way to find a cave to spend the night in or something like that so she wouldn't be left out in the open. Did she really care what the others did? No not really they could do what ever they wanted to do as far as she was concerned.

if it helps you sleep at night to say such things after so much has happened to you then do so but know your giving yourself no hope and no faith..... back then i dont think they believed it either but they were very frightening and sounded much more sincere, but why would they help me if they had no compassion her words were gentle but the memories of that night when her pack slowly died from poisoning lingered in her mind she could still smell the death in the air, and there sickly moans. some grew so hopeless she remember them attacking each other to end the suffering. her mother had been upset before the sickness began, an occurance from her father being killed words of betrayel and humans lingered heavily in satarahs mind as if they were screamed near her. she simply stared at the earth almost forgetting the two faes who stood so close to her whom she didnt know. her memories continued why could she remember them so well now? her mother was the color of the moon as she was but her siblings were golden and red like there father. there den was warm but dark except for the sunshine that would beam in during the day and the moon light that shined in at night. the night she became alone the packland was silent the ill fell silent only her mother and maybe three others remained. they were weak from lack of nourishment. the silence was interupted by yelps as one by one the remaining wolves were killed satarah could remember her mother lashing out at someone screaming at them commanding them to stand down but they knew better. as if it were planned. one of the other wolves started attacking the "enemy" and satarah mother came down and told them to run out the back exit and to keep running.. like well behaved pups they did so but they didnt make it far. the fighting behind them fell silent and the sound of many feet came after them some one of her siblings stopped and ran back calling for there mother but the crying ended eruptly with a yelp. satarah look ack and tripped over a root fell and landed in a puddle of mud slightly down hill her mother would have scolded her for being so dirty with her moonsilver pelt but she hid immediately her scent was washed away and the her pelt covered and hidden with earth she was hard to find. as the night went on one by one a yelp went off as each of her siblings were murdered. when daylight had come satarah was alone some how she had mad it down the mountain her pack had called home and was headed into uncharted territory. when alone wolf creeped up on her he smelled of blood and his presence felt so cold and evil. he was there when everyone died he was the cause, but she puffed up and growled not budging she remember him laughing and said "well thats different" he licked his chops then picked her up caring her to a river. she remembered thinking "he is gonna drown me.." she squented her midnight blue orbs shut and went limp know he was larger then her and she would die at his paws. sure enough the brisk water covered her and she suddenly lost her breath but because of how tired she was she did not struggle. her eye opened and she could see the sun and a cloud of mud coming off her fur. soon the mud faded away and she began to close her eyes as the inability to breath started taking over. this wolf must have seen something in her because he raised her out off the water. she remembered him say "your a rare delight not many pups great death with such boldness. you are your fathers daughter, with your mothers beauty" she struggled to catch her breath and shivered not only because she was cold but because of the anger and adrenaline that coursed through her. he laughed and said "good use that hatred its all you need love is weakness" he took her under his wing brain washed her into forgetting her passed and beat her when she was almost a year the reality came to her that she only hated because what she loved was taken from her, and that she didnt even know the name of the one who taught her to hate. the power of hate was so strong the only way to sooth it at the time was to be alone but over time only love could truely mend it. she hadnt found it yet but she tries to love others including this one named kenya and this loner even though she doesnt know them because she is so desperate to know how it feels to have someone to rely on and care about and have the same returned. i know how you feel... so i dont blame you for saying that though, perhaps me being kept alive back then was really just luck on my part. satarah padded a short distance away and went to the clearing she had come out of then began dragging a dear carcass over to the other loner and kenya. i caught this earlier your bother welcome to it i already tore some off for the purpose of me killing it although it would feed the whole pack im sure you both need it more especially you kenya. she nodded a goodbye and ran back to the backleg she left behind and continued on her way to take it to kishi.
