S e n n a The blistering, summers heat scorched the earth as the alphess patrolled her domain. The island was unusually quiet for a few months now, possibly because of the lack of wolves coming around due to the unbearable heat, or simply no one dare entry upon the border of the Skyla. She herself couldn't blame any canine for loath of this discomforting season. Prey was harder to come by, water was drying up, and vegetation never looked so dull. Either way, Senna become bored of this solitude. She wasn't the type to waste her days away doing nothing. The femora needed at least someone to 'play' with. Yet, this patrol seemed to have the outcome of every other patrol she had. Not a soul was tresspassing.
A rather dissonant growl rumbled through her as she sat back on her haunches, her opakti, Hanataro, came trotting up beside her. So..? The jackel inquired as his auds flicked to the obvious annoyance of mosquitoes. "No one. Not one damn wolf to be seen." The displeasure wasn't easily hidden from Sennas visage, making the jackel frown. Possibly because of the fact that when his master was in a foul mood, she would unleash it on someone else. Of course it wouldn't be him(counting out the verbal abuse, of course), but he knew that she was known for causing havoc and chaos as one of her few, sick and twisted pass times. Unfortunatly, she had a lack of time with those pass times as she was raising her litter of pups. Now that they were grown up and well able to fend for themselves, the alpha was back out on patrol, assured that some victim would cross her path.. well, eventually. You might as well give up thinking that anyone's gonna come around. Kaija and his stupid 'pigeon' have been patrolling alot more than you have since the pups came, and he had no incounter with anyone either. All the sable coloured lupin could think of was that 'give up' wasn't in her vocabulary. Why the hell would she do that when she could start again tomorrow and maybe find some fool to 'play' with? And of course, by play, she mean't torturing and maiming.
A sigh departed between the jaws of the jackel, knowing it was no use in starting to argue with someone so stubborn. Senna just gave him a devious smirk, and continued to scan the border with bright sapphires in case anyone did show up. Suddenly, as if on cue, a wolf-shaped silhouette finally crossed the line of the border. A broadened smirk was now plastered onto her features as she layed low in the tall grass, her narrowed sapphires just high enough to watch her next candidate for 'play time' walk into her clutches..

Eipha, Padding over the parched ground, the white fae lifted her nose into the still air, waiting for the breeze to make its way over to her, but to no avail, chances of any wind were long gone, along with the desirable thought of rain. How was she supposed to tell where she was with no breeze to bring in the scents?! Eipha turned her maw to the ground, inhaling deeply, but picking nothing up other than the smell of baked soil and dying vegetations.
The snowy female couldn't even remember how long she'd been walking for! All she knew was that the pads of her paws were sore, she was hot, tired, and unbelievably thirsty. Her tongue lolled out of her jaw, and she panted heavily as she walked, the beautiful visions of water forming in her mind causing her to feel sickly and ill. Eipha had kept walking, no longer paying attention to where she was going, her mind only on one thing now. Food. The word echo'd round her mind in tempting whispers, irritating the hell out of the femme. 'Shut up.' She thought to herself, but the whispers continued spitefully. 'Shut up shut up shut up.'
Without realising it, her paws had moved on from the hard, sharp ground, and onto the soft, cool grass. Eipha relished in the feeling, the long grass soothing her raw pads. For a second, she considered laying down, taking a quick nap, but soon decided against it. Falling asleep would leave her to the mercy of the relentless sun, and that would not be a good idea.
Eipha sniffed the grass in hoped to catch the smell of water, or pray, but something else soon came to her attention. Wolf. This patch of land was scent marked. Oh god, did that mean? Was she? Had she travelled into the packlands? ' Oh dear dear no. Stupid.' She cursed herself, sniffing the grass again, and stopping dead. She wasn't familiar with the scents of the different packs, so had no idea who's land she was tresspassing on, but knew nevertheless it was dangerous.
She had, really, two options now. Turn back, to the safety of the outerlands, where she knew there was no food, or water, or, she could carry on, going further into the pack territory, in the hope of finding water, and pray that nobody would find her.
OOC: Thought I'd post with Eipha, haven't RPed her in a long, long time. And I'm not planning on bringing the badger in 'till later, gotta think up a name first

Concentrated eyes remained locked on her approaching target. Nothing could take away the shear pleasure she felt by finally having a guest walk right into her paws without even knowing she was there-well, almost nothing. Wht do you even plan on doing with that wolf-it could be someone wanting to join the pack, and all you can think about is play time?! That pests thoughts intryded her own, making her brown banner flick in annoyance. She was lucky that an opakti could only be heard in her thought, and not out loud-the intruder would surely hear his big mouth and run. The only bad thing about it, was that he actually had a point. There's definatly a shortage in the population of wolves around here, and recruting more members would definatly bring an advantage over other packs.. Yet, there was still a chance that this visitor wasn't looking for a pack. Perhaps they were just passing through-or were stupid enough to wander around in this domain. The jackel sitting next to her watched his master impatiently, waiting for an answer. So, what are you 'gonna do? Play with them, or ask to join..? The larger, chocolate colored wolfess gave a brief pause, barely giving much thought about her answer before quickly smiling at her companion. Out of all canine's, you should know the answer to that.
The alpha's bodess quickly changed into a stalking position, silently lifting her large paws over the dry soils towards her target. The other wolf was still quite a distance from her, and with no wind blowing, there was no way of the other canine detecting her-that is, unless she made enough noise. Occasionly she would stop to inhale the air, attempting to pick up the others scent, but to no avail. She couldn't tell if this was a brute or a fea until she got close enough. Her opakti remained where he was and where he wanted to be. As far away from Senna as possible. He knew what her intentions were, and he simply didn't want to get involved into another one of her frays unless she asked. Then, he would lay down his life for her. Last time he did, another damn opakti, a fox as he recalled, put up a decent fight and wounded his leg. He knew as an opakti, that guarding his master was definatly his job description, but Senna rarely needed help in being guarded. She could easily handle herself without his help. Besides, if she couldn't, she would never survive or be an alpha of this vile pack.
Finally, Senna was close enough to take a look at the visitor, and judging by the looks, it was definatly female. The ivory intruder suddenly took to a hault, and as did the alphess. She didn't think she was spotted, since she watched as she sniffed her scent marks. So, she really is just passing through-or lost. What foul luck for this vixen. To wander into one of the least desired packs, and possibly her death bed. Her visage told the alphess that she was confused about something, about what she wasn't sure. Like it mattered. Senna was ready to play some games with this one. Her plan was quite the opposite of what other alpha's would do while a strange lupin entered there territory. They would confront them, show dominance in there posture, and all that crap. Sure, Senna would do that on rare occasions, but it was much more fun to toy with them first. She quietly circled around her, remaining hidden in the tall grass. Eventually the other would realise that she's being watched by either her scent, or grass rustling against her frame. She knew from experience that this 'hide-and-seek' game would make her victims paranoid of where the seeker was, and if this twisted femora was correct, this white vixen may try to make a run for it. That, is when she would give chase.
Her tactics and plans coursed through her mind, creating a smile and widened into a toothy grin. "Are you lost, little one?" Her voice finally bellowed out from her throat in a mock-tone. This, was going to be fun.
[Sorry my post might seemed jumbled together-didn't have alot of time to make this post. ^^; And I can't wait for Hanataro to meet another opakti. :P]

Eipha, Delphi had known this was going to happen for quite some time now. It was something she'd dreamt of since she was still a kit, since she was still a blind and helpless kit. It was what she was on the Island for. What she existed for. Three years she'd waited for this. And now her time had come.
The American badger followed the several scents that were mingling together, half walking, half waddeling, dipping her nose into the air one .. two .. three times, and then trotting on, keeping a careful eye on her surroundings. It wouldn't do to get eaten before she could be any use to her wolf now, would it?
Eipha had never been the bravest of wolves. She was young, still had a lot to learn in life, and was fully aware that if she were to ever go against her constant instinct to run, she'd get herself into trouble. This, however, was a different situation. The need to go further into the packlands was high, she didn't have the energy to go back, knowing that their could be food behind the next set of trees. She couldn't go back the way she'd come. It just wasn't an option anymore, thanks to the distinct lack of pray on this goddamned island!
The walk, Delphi found, was fairly pleasant. The sun was shining high in the sky, and she had a full belly, thanks to that lovely berry bush she'd happened to discover not too far from here. Plus, she was encountering no disturbances from the pack that called these lands theirs. The Skyla. Nasty wolves, they were. Had a distinct habbit, Delphi had noticed, of playing horrible tricks with animals that dared to venture too far in, before killing them viscously. Dispicable creatures. Yet, intriguingly entertaining to watch. Soon enough, she wandered upon the scene that was unfolding between her wolf, yes, it was her wolf!, the young, white furred one, pretty thing she was, and the other one. Delphi settled into a position with a good view, intent on finding out more about her wolf, and what on earth she was doing. Was she part of this pack? Oh dear no, Delphi thought. That was the last thing she wanted. Focusing her gaze on the opposing wolf, she pondered who it was. Black fur, perfect stalking posture, an she did indeed appear to be stalking her wolf, damn rude, that was. Was this the Skyla alpha? Oh, yep, indeed it was. Their, sat a short distance away, watching with an impatient look on his maw, was that simple minded Opakti of hers. She'd seen him around and about several times before, trailing after his foul master. Mo better than the wolf herself, he was! Well, if her wolf was up against the Akyla alpha, their would be trouble to follow. No doubt about it.
The white femme stood, still reluctant to carry on going, when a feeling overwhelmed her. A dreadful feeling, that was almost as if she was being .. watched? She glanced around, straining her ears, but saw and heard nothing but the long, soft grass. She sniffed, but again, nothing. The air was flat. As always. 'Watch yourself, daft creature.' Now normally, the voices in her head didn't get to her. She'd grown up with them, and so had come accustomed to their useless inquiries. But this one was different, somehow. and it freaked her out. Her ears flattened against her head, and her lip curled up, revealing her sharp canines.
'Are you lost, little one?' Eipha practically jumped out of her skin. God, that wasn't in her mind! That was real! Immediately, she adopted a defensive position, watching the grass around her. Why had she chosen this spot to stop?! She couldn't see a damn thing! 'Who's there?!' She demanded, keeping her voice level, not showing any signs of fear. It was something she was good at. Something she'd learnt well.
[But jumbled, sorry 'bout that. Should be interesting, this :3]

"Who's there?!"
This one was quite demanding. Her words seemed to surprise the she wolf, yet her tone of voice showed fierocity. It only made the Skyla member chuckle. She realised that this visitor may very well put up a fight, and not run away like most victims attempted to do. It didn't thwart her plan at all-run away or not, this vixen was about to regret ever stepping paw onto this land again. After finally stopping her circuler motion around the intruder, she sat directly behind her, still hidden withen the grass. Her jaws parted for words to escape once more. "So impolite.. you could at least introduce yourself first before giving orders for someone you've just met." Senna's tone sounded so confident, yet she held a harsh feeling around it. It's either she was going to agitate this wolfess into snapping back at her, or make her so paraniod and frightened that she'd try to escape. Either way, this game would end miserably for one lupin-and she was going to make sure it wasn't going to be her.
Hanataro remained sitting in the distance, awaiting his master to finish her play time. But how he loathed to wait! He wasn't the most patient opakti in the world. He would figit, squirm around, sigh occasionaly-anything to keep his mind set from leaving. His duty as a guardian for the alphess rarely come about, for his master never really needed his assitence for.. well, anything. It made him often wonder, why he was assigned to this particular wolf when she could already handle herself quite well. The only time she ever really aquired help from him was when she was raising pups, and he was left on babysitting duty. That.. was hell. He thought, as an opakti, he would face grave dangers, and as his sworn duty would protect his master from anythin in harms way. But no! He had to have that beast for a master. Exhaling loudly, he finally decided there was no point in wasting time here. He knew Senna would possibly take hours with her 'toys', and that she never wanted him to interupt her. On that note, he raised his body from the dry earth to go for a walk. Yet, a strange feeling suddenly overwhelmed him. Nostrils flared wide as a unique, intoxicating scent wafted inside them. The jackel become confused for a moment, trying to figure out what kind of scent it was. It definatly wasn't any canine.. and it sure as hell didn't smell like food. He just couldn't put his paw on it.. it just gave him a weird, spiritual-like feeling.. Oh, crap! He's had this feeling one time before, and it was with a cunning fox, who was also an opakti. If he was correct, Senna wasn't just facing one opponent-she was up against two.
Senna once again continued to circle her ivory vixen, sharp teeth bared from a wide grin. She was having too much fun to have anything else interupt her- Senna! .. Well. Almost anything. "SENNA!" The intruding thoughts of her opakti intercepted her own. I'm busy, pest. This was the last thing she needed. A distration so that he opposer would take off. Fat chance. She wasn't going to let that annoying jackel disract her. But Senna! She's got an- I don't care, Hanataro. Whatever it is can wait. Don't bother me. The opakti could see that he couldn't get through to the alphess-which, unfortunatly, mean't that he had to stay, and find that femora's guardian. Possibly risking himself for a brawl, he stalked forward for that strange scent.

Eipha, The white fae ran through the different packs of Kongrai in her mind, trying her hardest to work out who's land she was on. Lets see, as far as she was aware, their were three. The Xyla, The Liazo, and the Skyla. She hadn't been on any of their lands before, nor had she ever met any of the pack wolves. Hadn't really wanted to, either, not unplanned. Their was also rumours of a fourth pack, 'Exousia', but she didn't really believe any of that. But which pack was this, it couldn't be the Liazo, because they, currently, had no members (so she'd been led to think, their hadn't been talk of pack members in a long, long time), so that just left the Xyla, or the Skyla. She knew little about both, except a small bit about their alphas.
Delphi sat, patiently listening to her wolfs self conflict, whilst keeping an eye on the dark wolfs Opakti. 'Skyla, its the Skyla. So watch yourself, stupid fae.' Delphi told her wolf through her thought, growing impatient, finally, and standing up to get a close look. The badger plodded to a spot with a better view, all her attention now focused on the other Opakti.
"So impolite.. you could at least introduce yourself first before giving orders for someone you've just met." Eipha tensed as the words seemed to echo from nowhere. It was like, one minute they were coming from infront of her, next minute, the voice was behind her. And was damn confusing! The ivory fae focused her gaze, trying to get a good look through the surrounding grass. Every now and then, she'd catch the slight movement of a dark figure, passing through the grass, but then, when she looked properly, it was gone. Whether it was real, or just her imagination, she was never quick enough to prove. Their was definitely somebody there, though. And she certainly wasn't about to get up and announce herself to this figure. No, hopefully they'd get bored, and leave. Hopefully.
Delphi watched with amusement as the other Opakti caught her scent. Eventually, she would have to confront him about what was going on, it was her duty, after all. But for now, whilst their was nothing more than threatening chat going on, she was quite happy to sit and watch. That was until the damn Jackel decided to take a wander in her direction. Delphi watched him walk, and then trotted over to him herself. 'Hasn't your wolf got anything better to do with her time?!' She snapped. 'Tell her to leave my wolf alone, and back off, before i rip your bottom jaw off.' The Badger had never been one for small talk, best way to get things done? Don't hang around, cut straight to the chase.

The confusion of the femme inticed the alphess to snicker, sheer enjoyment emerging from her features. How she missed the fun she gotton out of this! Thanks the heavens she had finally raised her litter, or she'd never be able to meet this visitor. She would of had to get her mate, Kaija, to drive them off or do as he pleased with hem. She highly doubted that the brute minded. He was probably just as twisted as she was. The chocolate-hued fea regained concentration on the intruder, feeling alittle more joy when she didn't even utter a word. "Not a word, huh..?" Senna growled, stopping in front of the other lupin. "So dissappointing.. Well then, perhaps you could tell me where you think you are?" This time, it was her voicve that sounded demanding, almost giving an authoritive tone to her voice. Since this tense looking femme didn't want to play chase, it seemed like an appropreate time to get down to business.
Hanataro's snout was pointed upwards in the air, hoping to keep hlod of that strange scent. It was quite hard to do since there was little to no breeze. Perhaps it was that spirtual feeling that was really guiding him..? He couldn't tell for sure. All he could tell was that he was getting closer, and closer. Suddenly, there was rustling in the grass in front of him. The other opakti was heading towards him. Hopefully it was nothing major-maybe it was just a bird like Tamen, or hopfully something smaller. Unfortunatly, luck was not on his side today. What emerged from the vegetation made a short growl escape from his throat. It was a badger! Not something incredibly small, had sharp teeth, and claws to match. How the hell was he going to put up to that! Badgers were known to scare off bears with there feirce attitudes, so how was a smalled creature like himself go near that.. thing?!Sure, it was smaller than him, but still.. that thing had claws. Plus, he didn't like the attitude she gave him. The nerve of her! "It's not a guardian's job to tell what his master to do, stupid." He hissed, his auds pinned back against his skull, agitated. "And why should I listen to you-Who the hell are you anyways?!" Hanataro didn't take threats lightly. In fact, it greatly annoyed him. Especially when that stupid pigeon did it back at the den.. even if it did mean his bottom jaw was about to be ripped off. Though the thought of it did send a shiver down his spine..
It was like every opakti he met wanted to kill him. He sure didn't know why, he thought he was quite charming. Perhaps they were jealous.. yes, that was why! As if a sudden burst of proud inspiration hit him, he just sat back with his huge ego, and spoke. "Anyways.. you should just run back to your owner, since I'm so kind and generous to let you off so lightly. Besides, I'm sure my master will appreciate two meals in one shot." The poor jackel ran his big mouth once again-perhaps his ego will get the better of him this time.

Eipha, Now, Delphi had never been the cleverest of Opakti's, and 99% of the time, she'd act before thinking it through. And this Jackel was really starting to get under her skin. Ooh, how she wanted to just .. to just .. to just .. rip out his eyes and shove them down his throat! That way, he'd be able to watch as her claws ripped through his insides! The badger smiled as she pondered the idea, not realising the Jackel was talking.
'It's not a guardian's job to tell what his master to do, stupid' Really, it wasn't? Hmph, well, that certainly wasn't what she'd expected to hear. She'd always thought her wolf would do as told, as what Delphi thought safest, and that it was the same for other Opakti's too. She was about to retort, but the stupid dog kept talking and talking and talking. 'And why should I listen to you-Who the hell are you anyways?! Anyways.. you should just run back to your owner, since I'm so kind and generous to let you off so lightly. Besides, I'm sure my master will appreciate two meals in one shot.' A growl shot through Delphi's throat, teeth bared. Who did he think he was, talking to her like that?! He was a Jackel for gods sake! A stupid Jackel! 'She certainly looks like she could use a meal. Whats the mighty Skyla Alphess doing, running around like that? Skin and bone.' Delphi took several steps towards the Opakti. 'She's seriously not expecting to run a pack like that, is she? Discrace.' The badger grinned, she really ought to be keeping an eye on her wolf, but the temptation to inflict pain on this, this, this self loving, stuck up puppy! Kind and generous? Ha!
'So dissappointing.. Well then, perhaps you could tell me where you think you are?' Eiphas ears flattened against her head as the large, dark wolf stopped infront of her. Panic raced through her mind. She wanted to run, to beg, to hide, to vanish. She crouched to the ground, tail between her legs, in the most submissive way she could, without offering the Skyla wolf the oportunity to rip her stomach out. She was toying between two ideas. Should she try to be threatening? Or, fall at her paws and beg forgiveness? 'Uhm, I'm not sure.. The Skyla? I had absolutely no idea where i was going, honestly.'

Hanataro eyes instantly narrowed at the retort of the badger. His master, perhaps one of the strongest wolves on Kongrai-a disgrace..? How dare she! Such insolence wouldn't be tolerated, leaving the jackals fur bristle in rage. It was one thing to threaten him-but as to go so far as to saying such rude things about Senna? She had gone too far. "Ignorant rat," He growled loudly, baring his fangs at the opakti. "Senna is no where near petite! Why, if I didn't know it was muscle, I'd call her fat! " ..Well. It was obvious that he couldn't come up with exactly flattering retorts in defense of the alpha, but it was true..somewhat. "Besides, she's bigger than your mutt of a master." Hanataros amber pools burned with such an intense hatred for this female. Thoughts of fleeing earlier had completely escaped his mind now as he glared down at the other creature. He knew now that there was a much larger chance of two brawls breaking out in the feilds today-and he may just be apart of one.
Senna watched as the body language of the other turn to somewhat of a submissive stance with tail tucked between her legs. It was a tell-tale sign of fear, and striking that emotion in the guest felt very satisfying. Sapphires faced downwards as the other crouched down and spoke. "Yes, the Skyla. So.. your saying it was a mere accident that you've wandered in here." Tch. More like stupidity. She certainly wasn't the kind to just accept accidents and tell them it's fine what they've done. That wasn't the Skyla way of life. She made a dire mistake, and mistakes must have consequences afterwards, wither it was by torture or death. The alpha's paws began to move slowly towards the vixen, her eyes begining to narrow. Accident or not, she was going to pay dearly for ever setting foot in Skyla territory. Perhaps a lesson needed to be taught to this female. She had done it before with another female with her fox opakti, she could do it again. A booming snarl suddenly ripped from her chest, incisors slowly peeking out from her parting lips. "I hate when others make mistakes.." Her monotone voice pierced through the hot air like daggers. Now she turned into a threatening stance as she stalked towards her. She was tired of waiting for the bitter-sweet taste of blood on her taste buds. She was ready to pounce.
[Sorry it's kinda short. ^^'] ]

Eipha, 'Ignorant rat, Senna is no where near petite! Why, if I didn't know it was muscle, I'd call her fat!' Delphi sneered at the Jackel, amused at the clear irritation her words had awoken. His fur had bristled nicely, and his teeth were bared in a most threatening way. This, to the Badger, was rather funny to watch. But then came the next sentence. 'Besides, she's bigger than your mutt of a master' Well, that wasn't very nice. Not very nice at all. Who the hell was he, calling her wolf a mutt?! A mutt!! Was he seriously comparing her white wolf, to one of those scaggy playhounds?!?! The god damn nerve!
Delphi had never, ever been one to think things through. What was the point, when she could often win any fight she got herself into? Which was alot. Alot of scraps. She was hot headed, and this time proved no different. He was larger than her, and could probably put up a damn good fight. It was even odds, she could potentially get very hurt. But these things never set into her mind.. Without even a second thought, she flung herself at the Jackel, teeth bared, claws flexed, ready to tear at whatever they came into contact with.
'Yes, the Skyla. So.. your saying it was a mere accident that you've wandered in here.' Eipha daren't reply to this comment. The dark fae's voice was dripping with acidity, and the pure, un hidden threats running through her tone struck fear deep within Eiphas body. She wasn't a fighter. No, if anything, she was a coward. A coward wolf, ha, who'd have thought it? In the past, she'd run from any signs of violence. Sure, when she'd got into a fray, she could handle herself well. She wasn't weak, no, not weak at all. She just preffered not to get involved in these types of things. 'I hate when others make mistakes..' It was obvious, however, that this wolf was not the sort you could just run from. The white fae had no skills when it came to agility, she couldn't even run far distances without having to a take a very long break. Then she'd get annoyed with herself, her quick temper kicking in, and those damn whispers in her head would only torment her more. And more. And more.
Eipha crouched herself to the ground, teeth bared, claws unseathed, readying herself into a comfortable, defensive stance. If this alpha decided to attack, Eipha was going to have to meet her half way.
(finished! Sorry it took so long ><)

Hanataro knew that he had struck a nerve on the badger, for her features showed nothing but a savage rage. It made a smug grin appear on his lips, glad that he had angered her like he had angered him. Yet, there was an ominous feeling brewing inside him. Perhaps it wasn't the best idea to infuriate this fiesty creature.. she already looked scary enough with those sharp looking 'talons' of hers-she'd surely make deep gashes with those! Now wasn't the time to think of regrets, because before he knew it, she flung her body towards him, claws and teeth at the ready. There wasn't much time to think, so before he could even react, the badgers teeth could be felt, tearing into the flesh of his left shoulder. He yelped out in a mix of shock and sudden pain. Arghh! Out of all the times he had to start a fight.. boy, he sure could pick who to start one with. He had a grip on her, and the only way out was to jerk back away from her jaws. That idea would never go over smoothly though, unless he didn't mind a chunk to leave his shoulder. Hanataro had to act fast and fight back.. mostly because there was no chance of fleeing as of right now. In his defense, he growled loudly, before his on jaws parted in hopes to sink into any flesh he possibly could.
Senna's hackles rose considerably as the other wolf took to a defensive stance. Neither wolf seemed like they were ready to back down, so a brawl seemed inevitible. Her tail was raised, showing her status and rank. "I believe you made a bigger mistake." Her dulcet voice gave quite the opposite feeling, since her appearence at the moment was nothing but terrifying. She decided there was no time to waste her breath on this hot afternoon. To her, actions spoke louder than words-and it was about time to get down to business. Her auds flicked when she heard a distinct yelp from off to the side. It was from her opakti.. and from the sound of it, he was in some pain. This confused the alphess.. It wasn't until now that she had caught the scent of another animal nearby. Her eyes quickly narrowed at the female in front of her. "So, you've brought company, huh..? Well, my jackel will take care of your little friend, as I will with you." So much for no words, but it really did catch her offguard for a brief moment. Perhaps that was what the jackel was trying to tell her earlier. Either way, it wasn't about to interfere with this fray. With one last outbusting snarl, she charges at the lupin, her teeth prepared to sink into whatever flesh they could possibly get at.

Although she was pulling the most defensive stance she could possibly muster, the Alphess of the formidable Skyla was not looking as though she was going to leave her be. The way Eipha stood was bordering from defensive to down right threatening, yet still, the dark wolf did not look in the slightest bit fazed. 'Don't think you can fight her, stupid, get the hell outta there!' Came that new voice in her head, funny, she hadn't met this one before. How odd. Still, Eipha ignored it, a skill she'd come to master over the years.
'I believe you made a bigger mistake,' The Ivory Fae winced. How had she ended up in this mess? She had not come here with the intention of ending up in battle with the Alphess of Skyla! She had simply wanted to rest. To find food, water, and to rest. Was it really too hard?! 'So, you've brought company, huh..? Well, my jackal will take care of your little friend, as I will with you.' These words were definitely not what she expected to hear. What on earth was this Fae going on about? Eipha had come alone, just as she'd always been. Their was no other wolf with her! Was she crazy?! And what the hell was a Jackal? Surely she didn't mean one of those runty pup things? They were nothing but pests, running off with prey that wolves had put the time and effort into catching. Bloody rats. Perhaps this was a code word of some sort? Had this Fae bought company? Was it the name of another pack member? Eipha would much prefer it to be a code word. That was much more fun! Confusing though. Very confusing. The Fae's mood plummeted dangerously as she tried to figure out what it meant, but came out with no answers. Well, that was just damn irritating!
Delphi could feel the adrenaline pumping through her body as her jaws connected with the Jackals shoulder, digging in and getting a firm grip. If he were to pull away suddenly, she'd lose teeth, and he'd lose big ammounts of flesh. She wriggled her jaws with the intention of enlarging the wound she had already inflicted. This was fun! For a long time, she had been itching to get her teeth into something that moved. What better than the very Opakti of that damned wolf that strutted around like she owned the place? A cough of a laugh slipped from her mouth, but then turned into a slight yelp of surprise as she felt the sharp cutting of the Jackels jaws making contact with her back, dangerously close to where her neck began. She snarled in anger, that stupid, goddamned, pathetic excuse for a son of a *****! How freakin' dare he!? She released her grip on his shoulder yelping again as he dug his teeth in further, and twisted under his grip, bringing up her claws to do some damage.
The sharp pain on the side of her stomach took Eipha by surprise, and she gasped in protest, an almost squeal like noise erupting from her throat. She whimpered in pain, ears flattening, yerking her body this way and that in attempts to get herself out of the Alphess' grasp. She twisted herself around, almost forgetting to make sure her soft belly was out of reach of the dark fae's jaws, mentally snapping at herself for being so dumb. She should have been constantly on guard! Stupid, stupid, stupid - 'Concentrate!' a voice hissed, laced with shame and commands. Eipha snarled, kicking out her back paws to try and get away.
(Finished! Its a bit jumbled though, sorry 'bout that)

Hanataro felt the warm, crimson liquid flowing between his teeth as they ripped into her flesh. "Ha! How do you like that?!" Though basking in his vengence was great, he was about to face another problem. The badger finally lost her grip from his wounded shoulder, giving him some relief. Unfortunatly, he didn't consider the fact that she'd retort back with her other sharp weapons. Damn those claws! She was swiping anywhere she could, making scratches all over his back. He winced in pain-his jaws only able to hold on for so much time. What could he do now? Every time she jerked around, his teeth just started to tear off chunks of flesh from the badger. He knew it had to of hurt the opakti, but she wasn't giving up! She was making her own wound worse, just to get free from his grasp. Sadly for him, it was working, but at a cost of some flesh. The jackel could no longer take her claws, jerking backwards in attempt to get away. He smirked at the opakti, making bits of meat fall from his jaws. "Your not going to get away from this." He snickered, hiding some pain he had from the scratches she had laced upon him. He wished that Senna would hurry up and get rid of this things master, or else he was in for more trouble.
Senna succesfully made contact with the femme's side, purposly swinging her head around to tear off skin. Her victims cries went on and on, but the only wold that would ever hear them would be the alpha herself. There was no chance for escape. No help able to get to her. Nothing. In her mind, she was doomed from the moment she crossed the border. Making her pay for what she had done wasn't even a chore for here-it was pure enjoyment. Sick, twisted enjoyment that no one could take away from her. The vixen bucked like a wild bull, desperatly trying to get away from the 'demon'. Her lips twitched upwards into a malicious smile, her pearly-white insicors just barely showing beneath the feas fur. Just when she thought all was going well, something even better happened. She let her guard down, and her underside showed. Well, this is just too damn easy. Making use of the oppertunity she had given her, she swiftly swiped her claws at her defenseless belly, continuing to knaw her sharp teeth on her side. She was going to make her suffer, and suffer, she would.
[Blah, kinda museless.]

Eipha yelped as an unbeilavably horrible pain erupted from her underbelly. She clenched her jaws tight, completely forgetting about what she was supposed to be doing in the fight as the white pain fogged her mind. She knew now, she was losing this battle. And she would continue to lose if she did not get herself out of here! Yet still, she could not concentrate. Everytime she tried to move, a new rip of pain would shoot through her body, a sign of protest from her side, and from her belly. Gasping for breath in a feeble attempt to control herself, she kicked out visciously with her back legs, trying to throw the fae off, claws flailing at whatever they could possibly find.
'Ha, how do you like that?!' She was in pain. The crazy canine thing was tearing at her flesh, making her bleed madly. Unlike her master, however, she had alot of experience in these fights. Heck, she had scars to prove it. She was going to have to stop throwing her body about recklessly, if she wanted to keep that side of her stomach intact. Stupid thing to do, really. Thankfully, he let go, jerking away from her, with a ridiculous smirk on his face. What the hell did he have to be smug about? He was in just a bad a state as she was! Your not going to get away with this.' Now wasn't he a cocky sod? Delphi was about to retort something to whipe that smug grin off his face, when she heard a terrified yelp of pain from the wolf fight. Damn, she should have been concentrating on her master! Not playing with this stupid Jackal! She could feel the fear of her white wolf in her mind, and new that if she did not do something, Eipha would surely die. When we get out of here, she thought to herself sourly, I am going to HAVE to teach her to fight. With one last glance at the Jackal, she hared off in the direction of the wolf fight, ignoring the searing complaints from her wounds.

The savage insanity continued on as her toy squirmed and screamed in agony. The malicious alpha growled in satisfaction. The gruesome sight of flesh and bloodshed was immensely pleasing-in her eyes. She didn't know if her rampage of fury would incapacitate her victim or not. All she cared about now was lashing out her punishment to this ivory wolfess. It had been so long since she had this kind of fun-and how much did she want to savor it! Even the the fea bucked and thrashed, she would not let go. There was no way she could, for she wanted this to last longer. Of course, she was so wrapped up in the moment, that she didn't realise the flailing claws coming her way. They had swiped right across the top of her head, ripping off some fur with it. Her head jerked back with the sudden contact, a thunderous snarl of protest escaping her. "So, you want to play, too, huh?" Her voice was raspy now, and her visage looked like that of an insane murderer. There was no stopping her now. She craved the taste of more blood, and needed the feeling of torn flesh between her claws. This menace had no intentions of saying it was "Game Over" just yet.
Hanataro stared, waiting for a snarky comment for the other opakti. Instead, he was very surprised to see her run. He tilted his head in confusion. Did that mean he had won that battle..? No, he couldn't have so quickly. Then why the hell did she run..? And why towards- His amber pools suddenly widened. When he realised what direction she was heading towards, he quickly gave chase after her. Damn thing was heading towards Senna! He was unsure why, perhaps it was for his wolf.. or that she had it out for the Skyla alphess now. Whatever it was, he had a sworn duty to protect that sarcastic sadist, and he'd do whatever it would take to help her in any means. "Senna, what the hell did you do?!" His mind screamed, hoping-praying, that he would listen to her. As he conitnued running after her, he realised that there was no reply. For once, he wished he would just listen to her! "Would you just hear me, already?!"
Senna wanted to attack back, but the pleas of her jackal echoed through her mind. She narrowed her eyes, agitated that once more, he was trying to distract her. "Shut up! Just come here if your so scared." She must have looked completely mad when she gave the sudden outburst, but that pest of hers wasn't going to annoy her this time. She might as well make him sit closeby so he won't get into any trouble. Without any further thought as to what got her jackel all riled up, she turned her attention back to her new 'chew toy', and bolted towards her-fangs ready.

Never before had Eipha experianced this much pain. Her entire body screamed in agony, the blood streaming from her wounds staining the faes once white coat. She could not think of anything but the feelings ripping through her sides. Any voices that had once consisted in her mind were gone, leaving nothing but a foggyness that seemed to spread from her mind, to her vision, causing everything to go blurry. Fear poked through her heart. She was going to die. This wolf was going to kill her. She was acrually going to die, right here, right now. Their was nothing she could do, she was going to -
Delphi launched herself at the Skyla wolf, claws first, flailing her paws in the way that allowed her to cause alot of damage if she inteded to. Which she did. She definitely did. This wolf dared to hurt her ivory fae?! She was going to kill her! It had to be stopped! The badger hadn't waited all her life to meet her wolf, only to watch her be ripped apart by some viscious creature and her stupid Jackal! Especially when she hadn't even gotten to introduce herself properly yet! The Alphess let out an enormous, fuming roar, enough to strike fear into the most threatening of creatures, and Delphi quick kicked herself out of reach, coming round in a circle, trying to distract the fae from her wolf. She caught a glimpse of the Jackal running towards them, and stopped in her tracks. Why did he have to follow?! It would only make things harder! 'So, you want to play too, huh?' oh yeeaah. The Badger thought to herself, without a care for who heard, a wicked grin growing on her maw.
Eipha blinked in surprise as a blurr of Black and White flung past her, and then scrambled around in relief as the wolf released her grip. She panicked, sprawling onto her paws again, gasping as every movement hurt more and more. The ivory wolfess watched as a .. badger was it?, flung itself at the wolf in a rage, clawing at her with every opportunity, before shooting out of harms way again. She panted heavily, getting herself ready to run off, when the dark fae turned on her again. This time though, she was ready for it.

The alpha charged towards the other wolfess, edging closer to attack. Suddenly, out of no where it seemed, a mass of fur jumped upon her, lashing out in a frenzied rage. It caught the large wolf so off guard, that it made her lose balance, leaving her on the back of her haunches with.. some sort of sharp-clawed fiend. Her head thrashed and jerked every way she possibly could, and eventually the attacker got off. The hell was that?! Before she could retaliate, whatever it was bolted away from her. This, obviously did not please the fea. "Well, your 'army' seems a little cowardly." She could (sometimes) handle when someone else tried to intervene, but just to run off afterwords? Coward. They should never had tried to interfere in the first place if all they were going to do is run. Whatever attacked her, left quite a few scratches upon her head and chest. She glared at the now blood-coated female, slowly beginning to walk towards her. "Hasn't your mother ever told you to play fair..? The venom-laced tone cut through the hot air like daggers as the dark-hued wolf quickened her pace. This had prolonged long enough, and it was time to end it. With another savage snarl, she took off towards her victim, jaws parted to latch onto another possible.
The jackal finally caught up and looked upon the battle scene. One wolf was covered in blood, and Senna had that same old savage look to her face, bolting towards the other unknown lupin. The badgers master..? It had to be. Why else would that fiery creature come here? Speaking of which.. he could not see the said creature-but he could smell it. She was definatly too close to Senna-not where he wanted an enemy to be. With that in mind, he swiftly stalked off into the thick grass towards the scent of the other opakti. There was no way that thing was going to cause any bodily harm to the Skyla leader. If that cost him his life, then at least he did what he was supposed to do. Protect her. He knew both of them didn't get along all the time, but he just figured(or hoped) that deep down, her heart wasn't all that dark. Besides, if that demon could raise four pups to them all living, there most be some warmth inside her..either that, or it was a demented way of getting more warriours in her pack. He finally got close enough that the scent of the opakti was strong. "You better stay away from Senna, or else-or else you'll know it!" Again, he was never the best with comebacks or threats, but at least his point was made.

Pictures are copyrighted to their rightful owners, and do not belong to me. Eipha was suddenly very consious over how much blood she was actually losing. If she didn't get out of this, and quick, she was sure to die. Be it from bloodloss, or murder, it was inevitable. Unless she got away from this crazy, viscious pack wolf. 'Not a 'pack wolf,' an Alpha!' Came that irritated sounding voice, yet again. An Alpha?! No wonder this wolf was so bloodthirsty! This was why she didn't get involved with all these packs, and their stupid fights. Because she'd end up under the control of someone like her! The femme prayed to the gods that no other pack members would decide to come and join in the fun with their Alpha. And this dark Fae kept coming back for more, too! Had she not done enough damage already?! Was she like, the devil reincarnate, or something? The Arctic Fae had never encountered such a savage wolf before now.
'Well, your 'army' seems a little cowardly.' The attack from the Badger appeared to have angered the Alphess even more, which only made matters worse. Asif they could possibly get worse. The dark femme stood, again readying herself to launch, with a nasty, bloodthirsty glint in her eye. 'Hasn't your mother ever told you to play fair..?' Those words struck deep into Eiphas heart, causing any pain, any worry she'd once felt to evaporate from her mind, to be replaced with nothing but white anger. This was an Alpha. An Alpha of the most feared pack on the Island. The leader of the most demonic wolves you'd ever have the misfortune to meet. Eipha should beg for her life, lie down in submission, die even, before even considering to attack this wolf properly. But no, all she felt was an unnatural thirst for death. One she had never felt before. Her lips pulled back over her fangs. "I never had a mother." And with an almight snarl, she charged at the other wolf, ready to join the Alphess in her whatever Feral game she was playing.
Delphi ran from the Alphess with a speed she did not even know she could muster. She flew across the field, with hopes that the Dark wolf would follow. With hopes that she could lead her away from Eipha. But when the small of blood and battle faded, she slowed, finally stopping to look behind. Their was nobody there. No! The wolf was still with the Arctic canine! What would it take to make her stop?! The young Badger lifted her nose into the breeze, breathing in the familiar scent of her own kind. So the Jackal was still here? Interesting. Slowly, a plan began to form in her mind. That wolf wanted to play? Fabulous, she was good at games. One game in particular. One very similar to the Alphas'. But, if she wanted to play properly, she'd need another .. contendor. And, why, the Jackal would do just perfectly! She'd give the Skyla Alpha a taste of her own, brutal medicine.
'You better stay away from Senna, or else-or else you'll know it!' Delphi smirked. He was definitely an Opakti, and a good one, she'd give him that. The Badger turned to face the mutt, achnowledging him with a sneer. "Not particularly good with words, are you, Jackal? Do tell me, because I am just gasping to know .. what will I know if I attack your Senna again?" If she phrased her sentences correctly, and adopted a particular tone of voice, he would play straight into her paws.

The alpha's words did not please the vixen as he demenor changed quite rapidly. She knew she had struck a nerve of the battered wolfess, for she retorted with a few words before challenging her with a tenacious snarl. Finally, some action! Both wolves were going to use there anger and savage rage to sort this out, and it was inevitable for either to leave unscathed. Eight paws drummed off the baked earth as both females headed towards each other, growls filling the air, blood-stained snapping in anticipation-all of this builded the tensity that surrounded them. Yet, it suddenly made the alpha feel satisfied again. It had been a long time for someone to actually want to participate in her wild and cruel games. Both canines lundged for one another, tearing at any flesh they possibly could. The intruder had gotton a hold of the leaders left front leg, while Senna had grabed a hold of the back of the others exposed neck. She wanted the front of the neck for access of the jungular, but this would just have to suffice. She clenched her jaws harder into the fur, mumbling through her teeth. "What's wrong, sweetheart? Soft spot for mommy?" He voice had now gained a demeted tone, as did her facial features. There was no heading the pleasure she had in all this wickedness.
"Not particularly good with words, are you, Jackal? Do tell me, because I am just gasping to know .. what will I know if I attack your Senna again?"
Hanataro glared furiously at the badger. She was growing more of an annoyance than Tamen had ever been-and he only met her today! "What will you know?!" He growled, baring his teeth at the opakti. "You'll know the wrath of this jackal, and this pack!" How dare she speak so freely of causing harm to an alpha of a territory! They were wolves! Down right, vicious, brutal wolves! He himself would not even dare to say such things to the alphas here. Mostly because of the fear that they'd rip him to shreads. Yet this badger and her mutt wanted to cause some sort of riot? Not on his watch. She was really starting to infuriate him more and more, and if need be, he'd have to attack once again. "Go and take your pityful fighter someone else-I bet she's no match for Senna anyways," He snapped, smirking alittle at his remark. He'd probably regret saying it, though right now it didn't occur to him. He just relished in his pride for his master, and his ego-thinking that he made somewhat of a good comeback this time.

Pictures are copyrighted to their rightful owners, and do not belong to me. 'What will you know?! You'll know the wrath of this jackal, and this pack!'
Delphi snorted with laughter, did this Jackel actually mean to be funny, or was it just a meager attempt at a retort? Either way, the Badger found his comment rather hilarious, and his act of being threatening really wasn't as succesful as he probably hoped it would be. She'd been through alot, in her short life, a hell of alot, meaning it now took alot to frighten her nowadays, and even more to scare her off. Delphi smiled, a smug little laugh coming from her mouth as she slowed padded toward the Jackel. Yet again, she was not thinking about what could happen if she decided to attack, was not thinking about the Jackals odds against her own, was not calculating the chances of her getting killed. No, yet again, she would jump into the fight without thinking her actions through first. All she knew, was that she wanted to see that mutt dead.
'Go and take your pityful fighter someone else-I bet she's no match for Senna anyways,'
Delphi continued to slowly close in on her target, a faint smile playing on her lips. The anger shooting through her wolf's body projected into her mind, leaving her thoughts just as twisted as the Jackals mind no doubt was. His proud smirk was.. rather amusing. "Oh, believe me, Jackel, if I could, I most definitely would. But right now, I find myself rather too busy for that." She told him, her voice dripping with the threat she was pushing onto him. "What you seem to be forgetting, Jackel, is that, even though your Senna may be stronger than my Eipha, they are not here, and we are. And right now, you are whats standing between me, and my Eiphas safe escape. Now, do tell me, what is your name?"
The air was thick with the smell of blood, battle and rage, something Eipha was not at all used to. It clung to her nostrals like a disease, one that their was no doubt would be lingering in her mind for a long, long time after this. She ran at the Alphess with a great snarl, at the very same time as the other femme ran at her. They clashed head on, both wolves ripping and tearing at whatever flesh they could get a hold of. Eipha locked her jaws around the front leg of the lupin, tasting the metallic pang of the femmes blood in her mouth, and feeling the adrenaline surge through her body as she embraced herself into the battle.
She felt the sharp pain of the darker femmes canines piercing through the flesh on the back of her neck before Eipha actually realised what was going on, and immediately stopped thrashing her head in fear of losing any more flesh. She clamped her teeth down harder on the leg she had possession of, dragging her claws down whatever part of the body they had access too. The bloodied wolf screamed in both agony and rage as she thrashed her body once more, trying to get out of the Alphesses grip, but instead causing a big, open wound on the back of her neck.
'What's wrong, sweetheart? Soft spot for mommy?' Fire lit up in her eyes as the Alphess spoke tauntingly through her clenched jaws, pain racing through her entire body. She released her grip on the leg, and twisted around, trying to shake the other wolf off, whilst also attemting to clamp her teeth down on her neck. Something was wrong though, and she could feel the energy that was rapidly retreating from her body. Already, her vision was fuzy through loss of blood, and she knew she was going to have to do something if she wanted to lived to see the lights of tomorrow. Eipha raked out her claws again, the stench of blood piling into the already fogged air, and with one last burst of energy, she screamed out "What do I have to do to prove i'm sorry?!" before collapsing on the ground, unconscious.
(Was not expecting that to happen O.o post sorta wrote itself, not sure how i'm going to get her out of this one. Just please don't kill her ><)

The Skyla leader could feel the life slowly dwindling from the ivory wolfess locked in her jaws. The poor vixen was just at the wrong place at the wrong time. Senna could not let this deed go unpunished, though. What kind of message would that send to other packs? Weakness. That, was certainly not a trait that described the fearless pack. Ruthless, malicious, twisted- they were what the pack was made of. Consequences have to follow those who made mistakes-that was the life of the Skyla. This fea was no different. She had felt the wrath of the alpha herself, and it seemed like it was taking a toll on her. She finally released her grasp on Senna's leg, making a sharp pain coarse throughout her wound. She made a few brief slashed at her chest with her claws before screaming out in agony, pleading with the dark wolfess.
"What do I have to do to prove i'm sorry?!"
Before Senna could even retort, she could feel the battered lupin suddenly go limp in her grasp. She parted her crimson coated jaws from the nape of her neck, making the ivory femme drop to the earth with a light thump. Glancing over the motionless body, she figured she had killed the traveler. Unfortunately, with a closer look, she was still breathing. Her toy had now become unconscious from her violent beatings, and the leader felt no remorse-no pity for the bloody body that lay beneath her. Her raised her maw to the heavens, and released a long howl to announce her victory. It wasn't that she was bragging. It was a message, to those around her lands to re-think coming her if they want to avoid the fate of this wolf. Sapphire orbs gazed done at the body once again, only to ponder a question. What was she going to do with her? Swiftly kill her on the spot with a devastating blow? Or, bring her back to her pack for torture? The opportunities were endless, but Senna had a better idea. It was much too hot to bring back a wolf for more agonizing torture, so perhaps the sun would do a better job. She planned on leaving the body here for scavengers and the relentless heat of the sun. She leaned in close to the body, her mouth close to one of her ears. "Don't count on 'mommy' to save you now. Sweet dreams." Her voice was low and hollow as her heart, smiling at her victory. She didn't count on this one to live, so she turned around with her head and tail raised high back to the heart of her packlands.
"What you seem to be forgetting, Jackel, is that, even though your Senna may be stronger than my Eipha, they are not here, and we are. And right now, you are whats standing between me, and my Eiphas safe escape. Now, do tell me, what is your name?"
Hanataro patience with this badger was growing immensely thin. There was no way Senna would let those fiends escape! At least he hoped. There was always a small piece inside of him that worried about the wolf. He often wondered, 'would this be her last fight?' Alas, he could do nothing at the moment but keep this opakti at bay. "Hanataro, and you better remember it!" He scorned, his body positioning himself for another attack. Suddenly, a long howl filled throughout the air. Hanataros large ears swiveled to the direction of the sound, eyes widening. It was his master! And by the sound of it, she had won! The jackal turned to the badger, trying to think of a 'cool' remark. The only thing he came up with, was sticking his touge out at her before running off to Senna.
Senna padded onwards, although she felt the searing pain on her front leg. "Senna, Senna!" The leader knew that voice anywhere. She could hear the panting of her jackal come up beside her, followed by a irritated growl. "Look at you! You got scratches everywhere-And your leg! What were you thinking?!" The opakti went on rambling about how much danger she could of gotten into, and how he could've been killed.. something about a badger as well. Senna cared less. "Please, give me the pleasure of shutting the hell up." The opakti ceased talking in an instant, only to release a sigh. Both canines made there way off the field, silence almost deafening.

Even from a good distance off, Hafkin could hear the aggression and he took another inward sigh. He knew about the Sklya's reputation for violence, and he knew his own could match theirs, but he was also well aware of his condition. No matter how big of a wolf he was, him being this malnourished would get his throat torn out in a matter of minutes. He wasn't trying to become an alpha or challenge anyone, he just needed a pack to join so that he could eventually gain their trust, and then their help.
Hafkin continued his slow advance, impeded now by his once-again bleeding paws. He didn't know how many miles he'd traveled and he couldn't recall when the last time he ate was. All he'd had on his mind for the past 2 years was finding his brother and getting some answers. Having to bring himself to the help and mercy of a pack might actually bring him some relief. At least it would for the time that it took for him to rise up enough so that they would have no issue in helping him.
The vicious fae in sight, Hafkin stopped and sat down, his tail curling around his front legs, hiding his bleeding paws. He wasn't worried about the blood staining his tail, all of his fur was matted and far from its original white anyway. He only wished that he'd had a better way to hide his protrusive ribcage...he felt exposed and for the first time in a long time he felt actually ashamed of his unhealthy appearance. He had been strong once...stunningly white and with a howl that would reverberate for what seemed like miles...snorting at his own self pity, he sat a little straighter and lifted his head a little higher. He needed their help and one way or another, he'd get it.

The echoing sound of another one of her kind made the alpha come to a halt, auds twitching at the sudden noise. Hanataro had also become alert to the howl, groaning in realization that he had to turn back to the feilds. They both new that a call could not go answered, especially for the alpha. Senna lifted her head to the skies, emitting a howl of her own to let the other know she was on her way. In unison, they turned around, now directing themselves to yet again, a newcomer. This one was different, though. He actually called for an alpha-something that the white injured female did not do. Perhaps someone of another pack..?
Senna could feel the withering grass along with scorched earth beneath worn paws. She was slightly tired. Who wouldn't be after a nice scrap. This relentless heat was doing her no good either. The heat would make any creature drowsy. As she made her way closer, the gentle warm breeze brought the scent of a male to her nostrils. She was getting close to him now, but his scent didn't have any pack smell to them. So, it is another loner. She hoped for his sake, he too, did not want to fight. Even though she was recently in a brawl, she didn't mind to be in another. After all, it was in there packs nature.
Finally in view of the wolf, she stopped a few feet away from him, looking over his features. He was certainly in poor shape. His fur, disheveled, his rib cage was protruding from his fur- generally in an unhealthy state. Although this would deter other alphas from even looking at him, Senna didn't pay too much mind to his looks. Hell, if she cared, she probably would have cleaned her own coat up abit before meeting with this wolf. Bloody cuts, crimson stained fur, and patches of her own fur were missing. Like it mattered to her. Besides, other Skyla wolves before her looked sick anyways. The only thing that she cared about in others looks were muscle. By the looks of it, this male didn't have alot of it, nor did he have enough weight. "State your business, or get out." She ordered, her head and tail raised to show her rank and dominence.

Hafkin cocked his head to the side at her presence, a habit he picked up in his general distaste for the packs. Her rank nor her presence scared him in the least. He knew how he looked, he knew he didn't have much to fight with now, but he also knew that if he felt so inclined to get back to his original size, he would be more than capable of standing his ground in any fight. If that meant coming back to finish a brawl after a defeat, then so be it. As it where, he was less than half of his healthy weight and he knew it.
He breathed an inward sigh and said, "I need to join a pack. I'm well aware that my physical appearance is a bit of a deterrence but I've let myself become this way of my own volition. With acceptance into a pack, I would begin hunting and fighting again, and hopefully return to my former stature." He paused a moment, his grow of an un-used voice giving him an issue. "I don't have any intention of challenging an alpha now or ever."
His statement out there, he stood, his head up and unintimidated, his tail down non-nonchalantly, and his eyes straight ahead and uncaring. He'd fought enough times before and dealt with pack-wolves enough to know that he didn't have to show intimidation from them, just respect for what they thought was their right.

Muscles twitched as as a couple of flies landed close to her wounds, undoubtedly attracted to the fresh scent of blood. Her auds flicked as the male expressed why he entered this god forsaken territory. He wanted her acceptance to live here? The alphess re-examined his body with narrowed sapphires, her opakti doing the same. "Surely, your not considering that.. thing." The jackal turned his lips back in slight disgust at the brute. "He already looks like his dead." Senna ignored the jackals intruding thoughts. Still, she couldn't help be think that this male couldn't fight in the likes of this pack without getting slaughtered. Although, with a pack, he had a chance to have food, protection, perhaps even his survival. As pitiful looking as he was, gaining numbers for her pack would surely help. The only question was, if he did regain full health, was he suited to the Skyla?
After hearing what the brute had to say, a light sigh escaped her. It would surely be unlike her to except another one of her kind without even having muscle to prove they were strong enough to join. All she could hope for was that providing him with food and shelter within this pack, he would shape up, and become a fine warrior here. After a few minutes of contemplating in dead silence, she finally began to speak. "You don't seem like too much of a threat at the moment even if you were challenging me." In his current condition, yes, but who's to say when he regains his 'former stature'? She never took anyone else's word. She trusted no one but her own family. Having faith in his words didn't prove anything. Still.. she believed that only time would tell. Stretching out her front legs, she rose upon all fours again. "You can live with my pack, so long as you don't cause any trouble." She paused briefly, jaws parting to reveal a yawn. It was obvious that she was never all that formal or polite to accepting members. Neither were the previous alphas of the Skyla. "Well, any trouble within the pack. I don't give a damn what else you do. Kill other stray wolves, other pack wolves, torture them, spar with other members- I don't care. All I ask is respect for higher ranks, and do what your told." She didn't think it was too much to ask, but if it was, he was certainly asking for a wrong pack to join.
